Here’s a closer peek at my 2019 Goals page. 📖 I’ve mentioned before that this year I’m focusing my journaling more on self-development rather than planning (I’m more of a digital planning kinda gal) & this page is what I consider the ‘base’ of it all, if you will. 🙌
I’ve been setting my goals according to how I want to feel for a couple of years now, and I definitely believe it’s the best way to set your goals (and honestly the only way one ever should set goals)! We sometimes have these big goals that seem great in our heads, but it doesn’t matter which milestones you reach and what changes you make in your life if they don’t end up making you feel the way you want, right? We all know how we want to feel - the challenge is setting goals accordingly. 👌
