Bütün hafta kaç kere denedim inanın bilmiyorum 🤷🏻‍♀️ama emek verince sonucunu da alıyorsun🙏Şimdi önce vegan olmayan tarifi vereyim.Sonra vegan kısmını da anlatacağım.

Malzemeler;
🍒1 su bardağı badem unu
🍒yarım su bardağı fındık unu
🍒1 tutam tuz
🍒5 yumurta akı
🍒3-4 y.k organik elma suyu konsantresi yada maple syrup
🍒80 gr sade yağ(ghee)
🍒1 su bardağı kadar dondurulmuş vişne
Yumurta beyazlarını tatlandırıcımı ekleyerek telle çırptım.Ardından unlarımın üstüne yavaş yavaş yedirdim.Oda sıcaklığında erimiş olan sade yağımı da yavaşça ekledim.Bu karışımın videosunu storyye koyuyorum.Kalıplarımı yağladım ve içlerine birer kaşık karışımımdan döktüm.Üstlerine de vişnelerimi 2 ye bölerek yerleştirdim.Önceden 150 derecede ısıtılmış fırınımda turboda 30dak kadar pişirdim.Eğer turbo kullanmazsanız 1 saat kadar sürüyor pişmeleri.Veganlar ise aynı tarifte yumurta beyazı yerine aquafaba ve tereyağ yerine h.cevizi yağı kullanarak bu tarifi yapabilirler.Yaptım süper oldu🤩Hatta en çok vegan şekli sevildi 😍Vegan yaparken un dolarak 1su bardağı badem unu,yarım su bardağı fındık ve h.cevizi unu karışımı kullandım.H.cevizi yağını da 3 y.k ekledim.H.cevizi unu kullanmazsanız yağı azaltın😉Geldim aquafabaya.Hiç duydunuz mu bilmiyorum ama veganlar için çok kıymetli,yumurta akının işini gören birşey.Peki nasıl yapıyoruz.1 su bardağı nohutunu geceden ıslattım.Ertesi gün süzdüm ve üstünü örtecek kadar su ekleyip nohutlar pişene kadar haşladım.Kapağını kapatıp 8-10 saat beklettim.Nohutun dibindeki kalan suya aquafaba deniyor.Bildiğiniz yumurta beyazı gibi bir görüntüsü oluyor.Merak edilirse,ben bunu size ayrıca,görselleriyle anlatırım.

Who loves Lasagne? 🙋🏼‍♀️I absolutely love a good lasagne, and I have to say that this one has become my favorite 😋 Fresh, clean and light without the dairy and grain/ gluten in traditional lasagne’s this dish is always a winner! 👏🏻💯When we have guests around we sometimes serve this as a main with a delicious side salad, or this is fantastic even as a side dish. I love that it is 100% plant-based,🌱which adds to its vibrancy.

As a time saver, sometimes I like to bake the eggplant sheets ahead of time and leave them in the fridge in an airtight sealed container (max up to 3 days) until I am ready to make the lasagne, so easy and quick!.

Instead of using dairy ricotta cheese I use my fermented Ricotta Nut Cheese, which not only lends itself to the ricotta mouthfeel and fresh flavor, it also helps to get our good gut buddies in our microbiota proliferating. If you do well with dairy and prefer to use regular ricotta, by all means, go for it. 🌱Please note that nut cheeses do not melt like dairy cheeses, however in this dish due to the layering, when you slice into your lasagne it will be perfect.

I also use my no-cook Marinara Sauce, 🍅which is super easy to make and bursting with flavor. All of these delicious from scratch simple layers make this lasagne an absolutely delightful dish. Happy fun Friday everyone!!! 💖😘 x

▪️1 sb pekmez
▪️üzeri için ceviz
Ayvaların 3 tanesinin kabuklarını soyup ikiye bölüyoruz.1 tanesini de rendeliyoruz. Rendelediğimiz ayvaya 1 bardak su, pekmez ve karanfilleri ilave edip pişiriyoruz. Diğer ayvaları da içlerini oyup sıcak suda biraz kaynatıyoruz. Marmelat kıvamındaki rende ayvayı haşlanan ayvaların inçlerine yerleştirerek fırına veriyoruz. Ayvaların 3 tanesinin kabuklarını soyup ikiye bölüyoruz.1 tanesini de rendeliyoruz. Rendelediğimiz ayvaya 1 bardak su, pekmez ve karanfilleri ilave edip pişiriyoruz. Diğer ayvaları da içlerini oyup sıcak suda biraz kaynatıyoruz. Marmelat kıvamındaki rende ayvayı haşlanan ayvaların inçlerine yerleştirerek fırına veriyoruz. Today is day 3 of my modified fast. Down 6.4 lbs of bloat from my binges last week. I just drank my homemade chicken bone broth the past 2 days and a coffee with cream in the morning. So not really “fasted” but I’m still feeling great. I used to be really good about fasting, but I got out of the habit. I’m going to implement it again though because it helps so much with losing/maintaining weight AND with resetting your hunger & cravings. Realizing you can go days and days without food puts those cravings into perspective. If you haven’t looked at @metabolic_mike post about grhelin and how it’s tied to anything “sweet” tasting, you should. It may make you rethink eating so many sugar free sweets. It starts a cycle of eating more and more “sweet” things. And if we get addicted to “sugar free” sweets are we really any better than being addicted to real sugar? We are just replacing 1 bad thing with another if we aren’t careful. I want to only make sweets sparingly now because I’ve noticed my husband and I just eating those things with abandon recently. And 1 piece is never enough. Slowly your portion sized start increasing 🤦🏼‍♀️ #fasting #ghrelin #keto #sugarfree

If you are wanting to feel your absolute best on your wedding day or any other special day I know the feeling! When I found out I was pregnant and then engaged all within the same month it was such a crazy time in my life. I knew the baby had to come first so my husband and I were engaged for a year and a half. During that time we bought our first home, and then moved in just in time to have the baby a few months later. Then I had about 11 months to plan the wedding and “get ready” myself. So what did I do to lose the 45 lbs of pregnancy weight I had gained? I ate whole plant foods 99% of the time, drank a ton of water, walked on my treadmill once I got the go head from my doctor and about 3 or so months away from the wedding I started going to the gym 3 times a week for strength training. I wasn’t able to produce much breast milk so that only lasted 7 short weeks for me so I can’t give breastfeeding any credit really on my weight loss. I also didn’t leave the hospital having lost 20lbs in liquid or anything, it was actually only around 10lbs or so that disappeared after giving birth.

In samenwerking met De Hippe Vegetariër hebben wij deze week Indiase paneer op het menu staan. Dit traditionele Indiase gerecht bevat de vleesvervanger paneer (of panir). Dit is een hele jonge, lichte vegetarische kaas met een neutrale smaak. Hierdoor is het eigenlijk in elk gerecht te gebruiken. De paneer bereiden we in een lekkere romige tomatensaus met rozijnen. 🍅⁣

made another batch of these  delightful, super fudgy but healthier brownies to see if my boyfriend can be convinced they're normal, and it worked 😏🎉 so, here's the recipe again (in case you're missing out, or have someone to convert) 🌟 280g sweet potato (boiled and blended into puree) 🌟 120g wholewheat flour 🌟 60g cocoa powder 🌟 2 eggs 🌟 110g honey/maple syrup/agave
🌟 1 tsp baking powder 🌟 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌟 4 tbsp butter/coconut oil 🌟 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips/walnuts/cherries (optional) 
DIRECTIONS: mix together all the wet ingredients and then fold in dry ingredients. Spoon into a oven dish and bake at 180c for 25 mins and TA DA 😍😍😍 you're welcome, enjoy xxxxx

Ağırlık antrenmanlarımın arasına nadiren de olsa aç karna cardio eklemeyi seviyorum. Haftanın 3-4 günü ağırlık antrenmanı yapıyor, #hiit uyguluyor, ayda 3-4 defa ise cardio antrenmanı ekliyorum. Yazın yaklaşmasına bağlı olarak cardio sıklığı biraz arttı tabi😅 Ama tabii asla ağırlık antrenmanlarını aç karna yapmıyorum🧐 Bunları sende böyle yap diye demiyorum. Kendini nasıl mutlu hissediyorsan öyle egzersiz yap. Ama nolur yap💛Beslenme-egzersiz ilişkisinin kalori girdi-çıktısından çok daha ötede bir noktada algılanması gerekiyor. Guten Morgen ihr Lieben! Habt ihr was fürs Wochenende geplant?
Bei uns steht Gartenarbeit an. Kamen ja den ganzen März nicht dazu wegen des Wetters 🙄. Dabei steht die Gemüsesaat schon in den Startlöchern . Baut ihr auch euer eigenes Obst und Gemüse an? Ich möchte da ja nicht mehr drauf verzichten 😊. Ich wünsche euch einen schönen Freitag und einen tollen Start ins Wochenende 😘

300 gr Erdbeerpüree mit 2,5 bis 3 El Chiasamen und 2 el Agavendicksaft verrühren und über Nacht in den Kühlschrank stellen.
200 gr körnigen Frischkäse mit 200 gr Skyr, Tonkabohnenabrieb und etwas Agavendicksaft mischen. 
Creme, Granola und Chiamarmelade ins Glas schichten und mit Kokosraspel bestreuen .

▶Bueno bueno bueno.... Llegó el momento que venían esperando. A pedido del público: ⚫la receta de la mermelada que mermeladea a todas las mermeladas ⚫: 🙌La MERMELADA VIVA 🙌 .
⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫

1⃣Elegir fruta de estación. Suelo hacerla con ciruelas,peras...en verano, la bomba estrella es la frutilla.
2⃣Lavarla y pelarla bien.
 Las gotitas de rocío de la foto son orgánicas , de @organicadrogue. 
3⃣Agregar algún endulzante. Yo uso dátiles, por tener gran contenido de azúcar natural. Pero sino, se puede endulzar con mascabo, stevia, miel...
4⃣ Mixear todo junto hasta que quede integrado.
5⃣Agregar semillas de chía. ( A ojo). La chía es el secreto que le dará consistencia de mermelada. La proporción que le agregues va a hacer que varíe y quede más "líquida" o más espesa.
6⃣Enfrascar y a la heladera, hasta que la chía active. Lo ideal es hacerla a la noche, para disfrutarla en el desayuno. Pero sino en tres horas aprox, está lista.
❗Tip importante: conservarla en la heladera . No dura mas de dos días o tres días, depende mucho del tipo de fruta. ⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫
Es ideal comenzar el dia con fruta, porque luego del ayuno de la noche, el cuerpo recibe toda la energía directa  y por ende, es la mejor opción para empezar el día bien arriba.. Además, al no estar procesada a fuego, la fruta no pierde nada de propiedades ni azúcares , así que  con esta preparación, no hay excusas!!

4⃣ Mixear todo junto hasta que quede integrado.
5⃣Agregar semillas de chía. ( A ojo). La chía es el secreto que le dará consistencia de mermelada. La proporción que le agregues va a hacer que varíe y quede más "líquida" o más espesa.
6⃣Enfrascar y a la heladera, hasta que la chía active. Lo ideal es hacerla a la noche, para disfrutarla en el desayuno. Pero sino en tres horas aprox, está lista.
❗Tip importante: conservarla en la heladera . No dura mas de dos días o tres días, depende mucho del tipo de fruta. ⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫
Es ideal comenzar el dia con fruta, porque luego del ayuno de la noche, el cuerpo recibe toda la energía directa y por ende, es la mejor opción para empezar el día bien arriba.. Además, al no estar procesada a fuego, la fruta no pierde nada de propiedades ni azúcares , así que con esta preparación, no hay excusas!!

So an end of week treat sounds absolutely right! I love eating raw seed-based bowls in the morning because they taste better than a creamy porridge but have low carbs!

Method➡️➡️➡️➡️➡️➡️➡️➡️ 1️⃣Soak 2/3 tablespoons of shelled hemp seeds, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and cover with 1/2 cup of @alpro almond milk unsweetened overnight.
2️⃣ In the morning.... add unsweetened nut butter and stevia and quickly blend with a handheld mixer.
3️⃣ Top with coconut curls, nuts, seeds, berries etc!!
4️⃣Scrape that bowl clean 🤤❤️
