We’re texting, swiping, sitting, watching, and working our way to bad posture, pain, and immobility. I think we all agree that the hours of sedentary screen time leads to early wear-and-tear on our bodies, physically breaking us down and causing negative physical consequences in our lives such as muscular imbalances, impingements, weakness, tightness, and overall fatigue.
iPads in schools.
Computers at work and home.
Long commutes by bus, train, or driving in cars.
Tablets and televisions.
Don’t ever think your steps are too small to make a difference with your health.

Our growing mobility practices - The Beginner’s Guide to Moving Stronger - meet at 6:00 AM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If you know of any kids ages 6-12 , have them come play at Move 4 Life on Saturdays at 11:30 AM and Sundays at 12:30 PM.
It doesn’t matter how old we are - we all practice the basic strength skills and agility drills together with The Beginner’s Guide to Moving Stronger and Move 4 Life for kids. We all can improve our coordination, increase our mobility, and get really strong - while having fun and learning play like a kid again. Only Stronger👊
