We live in a society where women are told to love their body, but if you love your body too much and are too comfortable, it seems like it's a little frowned upon, in the sense that what makes them feel confident and empowered may be a cute outfit or maybe some lingerie, whether it be on social media or in real life, these women are called names like "slut" or "whore". It's quite saddening to see that a woman who is on a bit on the plus side is celebrated for her confidence but a woman who may be a little smaller, gets an opposite reaction. How is this fair? Everyone should be able to celebrate their body in ANY WAY THEY CHOOSE. YOU. 👏 DO. 👏 YOU. 👏 BOO 👏
What I wear and choose to wear does not define who I am. What EVERYONE wears does not define who they are. Every individual has the power to feel confident in no matter what they choose to place on their body, from tattoos, makeup, clothing etc. Some people may feel more confident when wearing something a little more sexy, some may feel more confident when covered up. What people choose to wear isn't hurting the people around them. Why do people feel the need to tear people down when there's just as much of a choice to either say something rude or just say nothing at all. It doesn't take much to be a decent human being and if people actually CHOSE to empower and uplift more people, the world would honestly be such a better place. ✌
I honestly hope that whoever may feel the need to tear people down, whatever it is that's hurting you, I hope for your sake and the people you come into contact with, that somehow that hurt that is manifesting in you, that causes you to feel like you need to bring people down, disappears and it changes into something better and more positive.
Wishing you guys nothing but happiness🥰
