1.Avocado 🥑 Toast with Creamy Kale Cashew Pesto, Slow & Soft Scrambled Eggs 🍳 , Cherry Tomatoes 🍅 , Fresh Basil 🌿 , and Black Pepper.
2.Spiralized Sweet Potato 🍠 Waffles, topped with mashed avo with lemon 🍋 , heirloom cherry tomatoes 🍅 , feta, basil, and black sea salt.
3.Pesto Egg Waffles topped with more pesto and avocado 🥑 chunks. To make, just scramble eggs in a bowl and pour into your waffle iron, cooking for about 4 min on medium high (use 1 egg per waffle)
4.Mashed Avocado 🥑 on @erewhonmarket Paleo Bread with Smoked Salmon, Almond Milk Ricotta and a Soft-Boiled Egg.
5.Roasted Tomato 🍅 Avocado 🥑 Toast on Multigrain Bread topped with za’atar. To make roasted tomatoes, spread on a baking sheet on foil (I like to use the toaster oven cause it’s easier), cut tomatoes in half and drizzle with oil. Bake at 425 for 20 min!
