History is all about tiny little things, which are mostly noticed only in retrospective. Tiny coincidences or “routines” are changing the world while we are failing to comprehend them (or, sometimes, notice). Little nine year old boy followed his dad to Portinari house for a May Day party and it changed if not the world, but certainly the literature and language, inspiring and astonishing people for centuries.
Woman named Rosa boarding a bus in Montgomery, Alabama on December 1, 1955 resulted in expanding enormously civil rights and creating a powerful freedom movement.
We hardly notice such events on every-day basis as they seem too mundane to be remembered.
In fact, nothing is ordinary. Nothing is ever simple. The history is happening every second. Both around and inside us.
