Brunch bowl on this fine Monday. It feels SO good to finally make my own breakfast. The last two weeks I haven’t worked out at all, didn’t eat the best, and drank a lot. A couple years ago I would have hated myself for this but I’ve realized that life is way more than eating perfectly healthy and working out every single day. .
Anyways, my breakfast today was mixed greens & spinach, sautéed broccolini, sweet potato, bell pepper and zucchini with salt and pepper; avocado 🥑, 2 @vitalfarms eggs fried in @fourthandheart ghee, cilantro, and everything but the bagel seasoning
