ドーサばっかり食べているけど、どこのお店もドーサ自体の焼き加減やサンバル・チャトニの味が違って面白い。Auroville内のレストランでは、生地は油っこくなくふんわりしているところが多いです。(本当はもっとクリスピーなのが好きだけど、お腹に優しいのはこっち)

1 pound chicken breasts cut into 1'' pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon crushed pepper optional
salt and pepper to taste
3-4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup shredded cheese mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, or favorite melting cheese
4 oz cream cheese
Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped chicken breasts, season with Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, and salt & pepper. Sautee for 4-5 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked through. 
Add the garlic and saute for another minute or until fragrant. Add the tomato, broccoli, spinach, shredded cheese, and cream cheese. Cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli is cooked through.

Serve with cooked pasta, rice, zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice.

Less than 3 weeks out, training is going great. It's time to dial in my NUTRITION!! We'll call this Part 1 of what I'll be eating the next 20 days.
EVERYONE is training!!! It might not be a Spartan or a 5k, but you should be training for your life!!! Eat, drink, and move in a way that corresponds with the things you have to do daily.
If you sit at a desk 8 hours a day, you need to eat better, move more.
If you're running around all day chasing toddlers, you need to eat better, more more.

If you care for parents, grandparents, or anyone with special needs, you need to eat better, move more!

I'll be showing you what I'll be eating and how I'll be splitting up my meals. If you are a quiche lover like me, start to get excited. This super easy to make recipe is not just delicious but it is also full of healthy fats, it is gluten-free and very tasty! I used mushrooms and spinach for mine, but you can replace them with any other healthy toppings you want.
🍄
CRUST
2 cups almond flour 
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
water (added one table spoon at a time)
Pinch of sea salt 
TOPPING
1 medium onion, finely chopped
4 eggs, free-range preferred
2 cups chopped mushrooms (I used cremini for this recipe) 
2 cups chopped fresh spinach, loosely packed
sea salt to taste 😋

Melt the coconut oil on low heat and add it to the almond flour. Mix them together and start adding water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough starts to hold together. If you add a bit too much water, add a bit more flour until you get the right consistency. What you are looking for is a dough that hold together when you squeeze it in the palm of one hand. Note this dough is gluten-free, so it WILL be crumbly, but trust me, it is worth it! Once the dough forms, press it down onto a quiche pan. You will need to work it little by little, but it will hold, then set it aside. Using the same pan you used to melt the coconut oil, saute the onions for a couple of minutes to give them some colour and start to release their natural flavour. As the onions are cooking, beat the eggs, add the salt and chopped mushrooms and the onions once they are done. Pour the mixture onto the crust you had set aside, top it with the spinach and using your fork, gently mix some of the spinach into the egg-mushroom mixture. Bake it for 25 minutes at 375F and serve while hot. 💓

Dinnerrrrrrrr!! Cabbage soup and pork tenderloin chops for dinner.  This soup was simple and delicious. 
1 small head of cabbage
4 celery stalks
1 yellow onion
4 cups bone broth (homemade)
Salt, pepper, bay leaf, parsley

Sauteed onions and celery until fragrant, add all other ingredients and simmer until cabbage is tender. Enjoy!

I didn’t expect it to be as easy as I thought. The first 3 days should be good. I was honestly freaking out. Now I know it was all fear based. The meals are packed with goodness! The curry soup was actually made from a vegetable stock I made the night before. Here’s the menu ⬇️
✨16 oz of lemon water on empty stomach ✨ ✨Blueberry Muffins for Breakfast ✨
✨ Homemade Applesauce for breakfast snack ✨
✨ Butternut squash//Vegetable Curry Soup for lunch ✨
✨ Grapes + Dates for mid afternoon snack ✨
✨ Lentil Wraps for Dinner ✨
✨ Another 16 oz lemon water + hibiscus tea 1 hour before bedtime ✨

Keto Shepherds Pie 🙊👌🏻👏🏻!! This is what I used the Cauliflower mash for. I was trying to think of a dish that would highlight ground beef. (Because, yet again, Butcher Box ground beef is evergthing💁🏻‍♀️). So I sautéd onions, mushrooms, zucchini in clarified butter and added beef. I then added a couple handfuls of carb quick (which is mostly coconut and almond flour) to thicken it. Topped it with my cauliflower mash from earlier today and a little cheddar. I mean👏🏻so👏🏻damn👏🏻perfect. (Because, yet again, Butcher Box ground beef is evergthing💁🏻‍♀️). So I sautéd onions, mushrooms, zucchini in clarified butter and added beef. I then added a couple handfuls of carb quick (which is mostly coconut and almond flour) to thicken it. Topped it with my cauliflower mash from earlier today and a little cheddar. I mean👏🏻so👏🏻damn👏🏻perfect. Post workout indulgence - Cilantro Fish and Mango - Avocado Salad.

Cilantro Fish - For two tilapia fillets each sliced in half, you will need 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 cup cilantro (tightly packed), 1/2 Jalapeno, juice of 1/2 lemon, Salt and Pepper per your liking . Blend them all (except the fish 😆), coat the fillets with the cilantro mix, and pan fry in 1 tbsp olive oil. ( optional - if you have the time, marinate the fillets for 20 mins to overnight ). Mango Avocado Salad
- Peel and slice up a mango, do the same with an avocado. Sprinkle some salt and red chilli flakes on the mango cubes and mix well. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the avocado cubes and mix well. Now mix mango and avocado cubes together. Add slices of 1 small cucumber and give it a nice mix.

Enjoy with quinoa on the side.

ING 👉 ~ 1 cauli ~ 2 garlic cloves crushed ~ 1 tbsp oil ~ 1 tsp paprika ~ 1 x 3/4 tsp each of cumin, coriander and smoked paprika ~ S&P ~ Toppings...beans, herbs etc. 
METHOD 👉 ~ Preheat oven to 425° ~  Line a baking tray with parchment paper ~ Slice cauli into 3cm thick pieces place onto baking tray ~ Drizzle with oil followed by sprinkling garlic, spices and S&P ~ Bake for 10-15mins and top with beans, herbs etc. Enjoy Xx (Note: Extra spice was added after baking!)

We later went to the National Videogame Museum. Space invaders was my favorite game to play 👾 Plus, I ate my first ever @nothingbundtcakes ! I got the strawberry cream and it was delicious!!🍓🧁 It was cool, breezy and perfect outside on the patio. Dinner with the family was a success. Dallas/Frisco ——> San Antonio

This  bread is loaded with creamy avocado that is topped of with colorful veggies and fragrant herbs ... to be more filling add protein of your source of choice here I loaded it with yummy grilled halloumi cheese... INGREDIENTS
Cust
1 cup soft medjool dates pitted
1/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup arrowroot flour
1/4 cup cococnut flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Filling
2 cups full fat canned coconut milk about 1 1/2 can Chaokoh brand
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean to taste
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
5 teaspoons gelatin
1/2 cup coconut shreds
Topping
16 oz blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F. Line the bottom of a 8" pie or tart pan with parchment paper.
In a food processor, combine ingredients for crust until it pulses together and becomes a graham cracker crust consistency.
With your fingers or the bottom of a measuring cup, press crust into the bottom and halfway up the sides of pie pan.
Bake crust on 350F for about 15 minutes until golden, then cool before adding filling.
In a saucepan whisk together all ingredients (except coconut shreds) for filling. Heat on stove until simmers and becomes smooth. Use an immersion blender or transfer to a regular blender to puree until completely smooth of any gelatin clumps. Then stir in coconut flakes.
Pour filling over crust and chill in freezer for about 30-60 minutes or until reaches desired consistency.
Once pie is chilled, top with fresh blueberries and serve. Optional: drizzle lightly with honey or top with ice-cream.

Good morning! The kids went back to school today after a long week off for spring break so I had a little extra time on my hands to make a more elaborate breakfast. It’s been way too long since I’ve made this combo. Two fried eggs with sweet potato, mushrooms and spinach all cooked in avocado oil and half an avocado with hemp seeds. This could be made quickly if you have pre-cooked frozen sweet potato cubes on hand (can be found near frozen veggies at the grocery store) or in this case I peeled and diced half a large sweet potato and placed in microwave for 1 minute to pre-cook and then sautéed in just enough avocado oil to coat a heated pan tossing occasional until they begin to brown (about 8 minutes. Then throw in the mushrooms, cook for another 2-3 minutes and add the spinach in the end to let it wilt. Seasoned with salt and pepper. It was a nourishing and delicious #meatlessmonday meal!

Ich starte mit dem nächsten #panini #foodporn in die Woche und habe heute mal ne geile #vegetarische #foodporn Variante.😍 Für diese Kreation benötigt ihr ordentlich #champignons und besonders die Freunde von Pilzen kommen damit auf ihre Kosten.😉🍄 Das Champignons ordentlich Eiweiß für ein Gemüse am Start haben ist dazu ja nicht von Nachteil und sorgt für mehr als ordentliche Makronährstoffe. Für das #panini braucht ihr:
➡️100g Champignons, 125 Light-Mozzarella, 1 Tomate, frische Petersilie, Salz&Pfeffer, 1/2 Zwiebel, 5ml Olivenöl ➡️ Die Champignons zusammen mit der halben Zwiebel, ein wenig Olivenöl, Salz&Pfeffer und natürlich der frischen Petersilie anbraten und die Masse dann auf das Panini geben.😍 ➡️ Dann Mozzarella und Tomate in Scheiben schneiden und auf das Panini geben.
➡️ Alles auf den Kontaktgrill oder in den Ofen geben und Abfahrt.😁

Hallo #fitfam 💪,
seid ihr gut in die neue Woche gestartet? Ich starte mit dem nächsten #panini #foodporn in die Woche und habe heute mal ne geile #vegetarische #foodporn Variante.😍 Für diese Kreation benötigt ihr ordentlich #champignons und besonders die Freunde von Pilzen kommen damit auf ihre Kosten.😉🍄 Das Champignons ordentlich Eiweiß für ein Gemüse am Start haben ist dazu ja nicht von Nachteil und sorgt für mehr als ordentliche Makronährstoffe. Für das #panini braucht ihr:
➡️100g Champignons, 125 Light-Mozzarella, 1 Tomate, frische Petersilie, Salz&Pfeffer, 1/2 Zwiebel, 5ml Olivenöl ➡️ Die Champignons zusammen mit der halben Zwiebel, ein wenig Olivenöl, Salz&Pfeffer und natürlich der frischen Petersilie anbraten und die Masse dann auf das Panini geben.😍 ➡️ Dann Mozzarella und Tomate in Scheiben schneiden und auf das Panini geben.
➡️ Alles auf den Kontaktgrill oder in den Ofen geben und Abfahrt.😁
So damit solltet ihr alle Infos haben. Für mich geht es jetzt noch ne Runde ins Gym oder Laufen.🤔 Euch auf jeden Fall nen entspannten Abend Leute.✌

Recipe 
12 dates, pitted 
1/2 cup buckwheat groat 
1 cup almonds 
2 tbsp flaxseed meal 
2 tbsp pure maple syrup 
1 tsp vanilla bean extract 
Instructions
Grease a 8inch tart tin. Set aside. In a food processor add crust ingredients and process until grounded and well combined. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the prepared tart tin. Place in the freezer to set while you work with your filling. .
Filling 
1 cup fresh strawberry 
1 cup grapefruit juice 
1 cup full fat coconut cream 
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp Hibiscus flower powder
2 tsp agar-agar powder
Add strawberries in a blender. Blend into a puree. Add grapefruit juice, blend it again. Strain juice through a mesh sieve.
In a saucepan, bring the strawberry grapefruit juice and coconut cream to a boil. Add Hibiscus flower powder, agar-agar and maple syrup. Stirring constantly, cook until agar completely dissolve. Allow to boil for approximately 30 seconds. Strain mixture through a mesh sieve. Let the mixture to cool for 10 minutes before pouring into tart. Place tart in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
