(a little story time to go along with the workout tracks of the day)... This post goes out to my group fitness instructors... I used to teach SPIN... And let me tell you something... Anyone who has ever taught spin knows... By the end of class... If it was a good class... You are DEAD and DRENCHED... LOL..... I loved pushing my classes to their absolute limit... One thing I remember is that some people were almost ashamed to get ugly with it.... I mean get loud with your breathing... Sweat like a BEAST, and move like there is no tomorrow if you don't get that bike moving.... So... My solution was to use words to motivate the motivated... But the apprehensive ones... I took a different approach... I called it the switch flip.... See... All group instructors have it... We have to... Because we are human and we are tired too and yet... We have to have enough energy for us AND the class... So I would close my eyes.... Look for the switch.... Look at the warning label "BEWARE OF BEAST".... (flip the switch).... And I got UGLY for the apprehensive ones... I'm talking breathing like just came up for air after a 30 minute dive... Sweating like I was trying to create a pool... And pumping that bike like it meant my life... And sure enough.... I'd look up.. And EVERYONE was doing it too... Amazing how that energy can transfer... So today... I was doing some spin post chest workout... 3 people on the spin bikes other than me... Looking bored... Tired... So I hopped on that bike.. Popped in these to tracks and has a spiritual SPIN session... And yes... I "flipped the switch"... And low and behold... When I looked up... I had some BEASTS biking right along with me... PUMPED... Great cardio session... Guys... Give the energy you want to feel... It will come back..... And don't be afraid to let out your beast in a workout!!! Give the tracks a listen.... Ready... Set... Release the beast!!!

Oooooh shieeet. I've changed my body and weight soooo many times. I've been 45kg all the way to 57kg. I've cut, I've bulked, I've sat at maintenance.⁣

I've fallen in and out of bad relationships with food at ALL weights. I've been peak bulk with a bad relationship with food and extreme leanness i have also. ⁣
⁣
If it's one thing I've learned throughout it all it's that all the bad stigma around my nutrition has always fallen back on my negative and harsh mindset around my body I've had at the time. ‘I have this but I want that’ or 'i look terrible I wish I could change this’. ⁣
⁣
No one is perfect, and not everyone can stay all 'self lovin’ on themselves 110% of the time, after all we are our own worst critic. But if it's one thing i've learned it's if you are having a bad day, RECOGNISE IT! Be self aware of it. Tell someone. Just saying it out loud can often help the situation and if not often a loved one can bring you back up. 
Having a coach to goal set with is another way to stay fixated on the same goal and end product! If I didn't I'd be chopping and changing my mind 3 times a week about my fitness journey and ultimately get no where with any goals. ⁣
⁣
BUT I'll stress one more time… Be aware it's happening! Admit it and instantly work towards ways in which you can make strides in a positive direction with your lifestyle. ⁣

Per stare bene ed essere forti e stabili abbiamo bisogno di essere allo stesso tempo flessibili e dinamici. Abbiamo bisogno di una mobilità articolare che ci permetta di vivere in salute, camminare, fare sport e svolgere tutte le azioni quotidiane, senza alterare la nostra postura, ma anche per prevenire infortuni e dolori articolari. Altrettanto importante è la stabilità, che rafforza la nostra muscolatura e i nostri tendini permettendoci di avere stabilità quando svolgiamo un’azione motoria.

Riferendoci alla stabilità possiamo parlare del core che include tutta la parte comprendente la parete addominale e la parte ad essa superiore, senza considerare quindi gli arti inferiori. Il core entra in gioco in quasi tutti i movimenti che possiamo eseguire e la serie di muscoli che forma il core agisce come stabilizzatore sia nelle isometrie che in movimenti dinamici. |

Esso agisce anche come centro di trasferimento di forza ed è per questo che per lavorare sulla capacità di esprimere e controllare la forza abbiamo bisogno di avere maggiore stabilità nel core per migliorare il controllo motorio, la performance ridurre al minimo il rischio di infortuni.

Всем привет! 🖐️
Хочу поделиться с вами простым и вкусным рецептом конвертиков из лаваша с сыром и творогом.🍽️ Отлично подойдет в качестве полезного и сытного перекуса!
Нам понадобится:
-лаваш армянский 3 листа
-сыр легкий 150 гр
-творог (до 5%) 350 гр
- яйцо 1шт
🍳Приготовление:
Замешиваем творог, сыр, яйцо. Выкладываем смесь на лаваш (как на третьем фото в карусели👉) и закрываем с двух сторон, чтоб получился кармашек. Обжариваем с двух сторон под крышкой на сухой сковороде.
Приятного аппетита!🤗

TECHNIQUE TUESDAY - Weighted Reverse lunge

Much the same as the forward lunge, that we looked at last week, the reverse lunge is a lower-body exercise that works several muscle groups at once. The targeted muscles include the glutes in your hips and butt along with the hamstrings and quadriceps in your thighs. The calf muscles in your lower legs, your abdominal muscles and your back muscles act as stabilizers during this exercise.

Routines don’t need to be complicated to manifest fantastic results!

Binge drinking every week is definitely not a good idea no matter if you’re trying to lose weight or not, it’s just not healthy.⠀

Alcohol is a depressant which means that it’s going to lower your energy, dampen your mood & dehydrate your bod for a couple days after you drink a bunch. ⠀

But the occasional glass of 🍷 or 🍹 is all part of a balanced lifestyle! Picking low sugar cocktails like my favorite margarita (recipe in the comments) or a light beer are great ways to enjoy time with friends. ⠀
