Mucha gente sigue pensando que los VEGANOS no pueden estar al nivel de una persona que consuma carne en cuanto a FUERZA, RESISTENCIA, y sorbetodo MASA MUSCULAR🤷🏻‍♂️.

La respuesta rápida es NO es cierto🤓.
⠀
Los veganos pueden tener los mismos RESULTADOS que los que consumen carne.

La única dificultad es que tienen que tener muy en cuenta los alimentos consumidos ya que tienen menos opciones.

En mi OPINIÓN, las proteínas vegetales son igual de buenas que las de la carne, lo único es que se tiene que hacer combinación de alimentos😋.

Ejemplo: lentejas + arroz.

Por individual claramente gana la carne, pero en combinación está al nivel de la carne en cuanto a aminoácidos.

All it took for her was dedication, motivation and lot of consistency.

Workout style we followed : HIIT, Weights plyometrics and Body movements

Diet  she followed : 4 basic high  protein meals . .

Transformation is not something hard to achieve. All you need is the will to achieve.

Algunos Métodos para llegar al fallo muscular🤓:

✅Todo al Fallo: Todos los ejercicios llegando al fallo muscular, reduciendo el número de series y descansos mas largos de 3-5 minutos.
⠀
✅Al final del entrenamiento: Después de haber realizado el entrenamiento de el grupo muscular que trabajaste, hacer un ejercicio con dos series al fallo con poco peso. ⠀
⠀
✅Contraste de cargas: Es una forma en la cual haces tus 8-12 repeticiones de el ejercicio, luego quitas la mitad del peso, y sigues haciendo repeticiones hasta llegar al fallo.

No todo el mundo debe realizar series al fallo muscular😝.
⠀
Las personas principiantes no deben realizar esto ya que para ellos podría ser lesivo😢.

🌱’Cheesy’ pasta with white beans (cannellini) and greens🌱 Oil-free, nut-free and super quick to make.
🌱Recipe: Cook pasta as per packet directions. Whisk: 2 cups plant milk (I like using oat milk), 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, 2 tbsp tapioca (or arrowroot). Heat in saucepan while whisking. Once warm, keep whisking and add 4 tbsp nutritional yeast. Continue to cook and whisk until sauce almost reaches desired thickness. Reduce heat to low and whisk in 1 to 2 tsp mellow miso (or to taste) until all dissolved. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in some chopped greens and mix until greens just wilted. Remove from heat. Mix with about 3 to 4 cups cooked pasta and about 3/4 cup cooked white beans, or preferred amount. Top with fresh thyme leaves and red chili flakes...yum!

Prawn Fried Rice 🍚 🍤 @foodguidevideos

INGREDIENTS 
Cooking oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, raw prawns, sliced fresh carrots, cooked corn, fresh broccoli, sliced bell peppers, cooked basmati rice, light soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce (optional), salt, pepper and a pinch of turmeric powder, fresh chilies and spring onions for garnish. 
METHOD
1- Heat some oil in a non stick pan over medium heat. 
2- Add the garlic and ginger, cook for about 10 seconds or until fragrant - making sure not to burn. 
2- Add prawns and cook for about 2 minutes until opaque. 
3- Throw in the vegetables, stir fry until nearly cooked but still crisp.
4- Add the rice, sesame oil, soy and fish sauce, turmeric powder and toss well together. 
5- Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste and cook for further 2-3 minutes. 
6- Garnish with spring onions and fresh chilli. Serve immediately!

Sauce: mix together 3 tablespoons tahini with 2 teaspoons coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon hot sauce of choice, mix and add water to consistency. •

1.Leftover blackened shrimp 🍤 easy frozen stir fried veggies heated over medium heat for 6-8 minutes (I thaw them beforehand) with coconut aminos added to them. Sooo tasty 😍😍 2.1 piece of salmon with a sprinkle of garlic powder, pepper, salt, and lemon 🍋 squeezed on it cooked over medium heat for 3 mins on each side (get the pan hot first and add olive oil) + sautéed zoodles cooked for 3-4 mins over low medium heat in olive oil + 1/2 avocado 🥑

3.1 piece of skillet chicken leftover from a few meals ago (recipe a few posts back!) + easy broiled sweet potatoes 🍠 + 1/2 avocado 🥑 + tomatoes 🍅

Japanese Sushi Rice⠀
3 cups uncooked Japanese rice⠀
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar (this type of vinegar is essential)⠀
3 tbsp white sugar ⠀
1 1/2 tsp sea salt ⠀
⠀
Instructions:⠀
1. Wash the Japanese rice 2-3 times with water. ⠀
2. Cook in a rice cooker. 1 cup rice = 1 cup water.⠀
3. While the rice is cooking, pour rice vinegar, sugar and salt into a large wooden or ceramic bowl. Mix well. ⠀
4. Once rice is cooked, add into the vinegar mixture and mix well. The hot rice will easily absorb the mixture.⠀
5. Cover the rice with a damp towel. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.⠀
