Life’s too short for boring salads🥗
I used to be really vocal about mental health when I was dealing heavily with anxiety & eating disorder recovery. In the past 3+ years, I’ve learned about myself & what triggers my bad days to get my mind in a healthier place & now, my anxiety is minimal.
That being said, I still go through lows like everyone does. I have been very uneasy the past few days- low energy, no appetite, heart feels like it always racing. As much as it sucks- it’s a good reminder to me that I’m human & still go through things depsite showing a happy life on social media.
My top ways to coping with anxiety- staying busy, exercising, and being around people, even if it’s strangers in a coffee shop. My thoughts are loudest when I’m alone, but they always pass with time. Hanging out with friends makes them go faster👯♀️
