Just one of my usual salads topped with nutritional yeast. If you don’t use this or haven’t tried it, you totally should! 🤤
Nutritional yeast (nutch) has protein, fibre and anti inflammatory properties but that’s not even the best part..
Nutch is incredibly high in B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12. For vegetarians/vegans it is a super easy way to get in your vitamin B from a non animal source!
It tastes cheesy, creamy and even a little nutty depending on what you put it on. It’s good for your hair, skin and nails! What can’t nutch do 😂
I add mine to salads, scrambled eggs, in pesto, on a pasta dish, on top of low carb bread with vegemite, on kale chips, on roast vegetables, with cauliflower mash! Literally endless uses!
