- Every summer I set 5 #goals for the next 365 days. Hitting under #20percentbodyfat was part of Goal No. 5. Specifically, this was my goal in February and it didn’t happen. When you're eating over 5000 calories of Wendy's in one sitting you have to get creative with things.
I've seen people put fries on their burgers so I took it up a step. Fries, Beef, & Chicken. Except it didn't stop there 😉
