Two words.✌🏽...Greek. Fries.
Two more.✌🏽...At. Home. ▪️So, I know I told y’all, I’d start filling u in on HOW exactly I meal prep or at least, my way of how I do it, and the reasoning behind it?👩🏻🍳...Here we go...potatoes. Those #fingerling potatoes that I roasted? Once they were cool, I put them in a container, and in the fridge they went. I do that w/ALL dishes I make when #mealprepping...my main protein, starchy sides, cooked veggies. I (personally) like to keep them in their own containers rather than make 8-10 full meals in 8-10 containers. Get what I’m saying? I do it this way, because it helps me from getting bored w the same meal. It’s also #budgetfriendly; I’m able 2 see what I have on hand that could turn something (mostly) cooked, into something FRESH, fast. These #greekfries prob took 5min to make. Rather than micro the potatoes, I warmed them in a small skillet. *Worth the extra dish and the extra 2min..trust! (Keeps em crispy). I didn’t even have 2 add oil; it was already there from the day they roasted. Okay, it was #baconfat.😁🤷🏻♀️Hehehe. Once they were warmed, I crumbled #feta on them. Drizzled a bit of @primalkitchenfoods Greek Dressing. And, I topped em w/fresh parsley and fresh chives. This was absolutely a dish that I didn’t plan for. Or, shop for. But, this once plain side dish turned into an entirely new dish, quickly, inexpensively and very deliciously.
▪️Have an amazing one, today, ya’ll!✌🏽🤸🏻♀️🥔
