Woke up for the first time...in a crazy long time..with my #fibromyalgia very angry. I blame that orange vanilla Coke honestly😯It was gross..not even worth the calories. Anyhooooo...today will just be a shoulder day and some walking..in jeans..better than nothing.

End of 2018 I started dealing with some bad IBS like symptoms combined with severe anxiety which worked as a vicious cycle. As a result; it put a hold on a lot of things for me so things like training, work and even life took a back seat.

And now getting to the bottom of things with @furionmpharm things are back on track!

En shot per dag gör kroppen glad! Ingefära och även gurkmeja anses ha väldigt många hälsoeffekter och jag fick tipset om dessa två vackra fast fula örter mot en krånglig mage, men faktum är att det finns många fler anledningar att peta i sig dem. 
Både ingefära och gurkmeja sägs vara antiinflammatoriskt och stärka immunförsvaret. Ingefära ska sänka blodtryck och därmed minska risk för hjärt- och kärlsjukdom. Gurkmeja sägs rensa bort plack i hjärnan och därmed förhindra Alzheimerz och förbygga tumörer. Båda örterna ska underlätta matsmältning och öka förbränning, förebygga förkylning och verka positivt för magen. Om allt detta verkligen stämmer och hur mycket man behöver inmundiga för att få optimal verkan utan andra bieffekter lämnar jag därhän, men att både ingefära och gurkmeja har stora positiva effekter råder väl inga större tvivel om. 
Jag ”slantade” 100 g ingefära, 50 g gurkmeja, tillsatte 0,5 l vatten och värmde upp till ca 60 grader. Det fick stå på låg värme i 20 minuter och sedan tillsatte jag en msk honung. This Asian-style chicken turned out to be so good after roasting. So tender and yummy!! I just have to admit that the ingredients used are not something we find everywhere in Lebanon (maybe bit fancy 🤷🏻‍♀️)! But you can always find them and give it a try! I promise to experiment with something easier! Let’s say Peanut Butter and soy chicken?!! 🙌🏻❤️

- 1 chicken breast
- 1 full tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp miso (replace with 2 tsp soy)
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp almond butter
- 1/2 to 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 garlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- juice of 1 clementine
- salt & pepper
- 1/4 red onion cut into rings
.
- Mix all the ingredients (except for the red onions) together, taste and adjust according to preference.
- In an oven pan, place the red onions, then the chicken on top with the sauce. Rub them together
- Cover with foil and roast for 45 min

If you also suffer from digestive issues be good for you to read as it may be helpful to you. From what I have read celery juice everyday helps a whole host of health problems. ‘i have been misdiagnosed and written off as crazy too many times to count. i was sent to a locked eating disorder unit when i was 17 because my doctors assumed i just didn’t want to eat. In reality i was in excruciating pain and vomiting every time i ate. I was told it was  bulimia, anorexia, anxiety, depression, psychosomatic pain, all before they would admit they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. 
I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and it’s not in my head. My pain is real. My dislocations are real. My vomiting and nausea are real. It is all real.’ .

I am honestly in awe of Rose, she is such a fighter and is so honest and raw with her videos and journey and puts it all out there for everyone. She takes the criticisms and the love and I admire her so much for her openness. .

I’m unsure how I feel about finally having a diagnostic laparoscopy to see what’s going on in there! On one hand, I’m excited about it. I’ve been struggling for 3 or more years now and have been seeing doctors and specialists for a good 2+ without getting anywhere so the thought of potentially getting a diagnosis is amazing 🙌🏼 On the other hand, I have such a fear that they won’t find endometriosis or anything at all and I’ll be no closer. I have no idea what the next step is if that’s the case and the prospect of still being undiagnosed is scaring me a lot 😬 I know I can’t control that so shouldn’t worry but I honestly won’t feel relieved until I’m out and know about it. Fingers crossed it all goes well 🤞🏼💖

Please read ... . “I first met Andriana in the gym. I mentioned that despite all my years committed in exercising and eating well I just didn’t feel right. I had days where I felt lethargic. I would wake up and my face would look puffy and some days even swollen. My hands and feet would swell and I had days where I looked 5 months pregnant from being bloated. Andriana mentioned to have an IgA allergy test run to check for foods that could be triggering inflammation. Little did I know that in all this time I have an intolerance to dairy! Please, go tell this to my specialists! Oh and I would love to read out the lists of symptoms I go through on the daily basis, the surgeries I’ve had, the back brace, the medications, the number of hospital visits, the severe depression that’s developed from being so sick! 
Never ever judge a person by what they look like! I look like a perfectly normal 16 year old, but I have the physical health of a dying 90 year old. I have trouble walking around the shops, walking up and down stairs, standing in the shower, going anywhere outside my house. I have trouble eating different things, doing different activities and living my life as a normal teenager. Unfortunately I can’t do that! I have to work 30 times harder to do what you can do normally. Thank you, yes I am 16 years old and sick!🎗️

A reminder to focus on the little things! Yesterday was not a good day for me. There were tears. The affects of a bad week of bloating and barely existent bowel movements caught up to me. I think it’s stress causing it, but seriously who knows? Sometimes it’s so hard to know what is causing what when you are doing all the right things.. It’s so overwhelming! ::

As well as the above I added:
~•go to the cinemas. alone is fine. I chose a French comedy.
~•chuck a full blown teary tantrum. sure you feel a bit silly afterwards but this can REALLY help get out that pent up frustration and anger
~•socialise! it’s so easy to justify staying at home when you’re in discomfort or pain. sometimes seeing people is exhausting. but sometimes it’s just the distraction you need. sometimes remembering that you have so many people around who love and support you can get snap you out of that negative isolation that’s so easy to fall into. ~•exercise. a short walk or a 20 minute online yoga course is all it takes. I’m really into swimming at the moment too. I find it a really comfortable form of cardio even when I’m having a bloated day.

5 WAYS TO FEEL LESS BLOATED TODAY

1. RELAX BEFORE YOU EAT
We’re so busy that we tend to eat at the same quick pace too, and that’s a fast track to being bloated. I set a reminder on my phone before each meal to prompt me to take three deep breaths. So before I eat, I’m that little bit calmer than I was before, and it means my belly doesn’t blow up afterwards. I’ve thought about getting ‘BREATHE’ tattooed on my hand so I’m reminded every time I pick up my fork. Too much?

2. TRY MY MAGIC NUMBER
We all know it’s important to chew our food, but that doesn’t necessarily mean we’re doing it! If I don’t think about it, I’ll wolf my meals down. Digestion starts in the mouth – if you don’t break your food down with your teeth, your gut has to do the job instead. I once went on a spa retreat at Viva Mayr where we were encouraged to chew each mouthful 25 times – that felt a bit arduous! So now I aim for 10 chews – that’s my magic number for slowing down.

3. CONNECT YOUR SECOND BRAIN
You know when you get nervous before a big meeting, you feel it in your stomach? Or you get a gut feeling about a relationship? We feel stress in our gut; that’s why it’s known as the second brain. So if you’re often bloated, it may help to factor more relaxation into your day. I get stressed trying to juggle work and motherhood – so much to do! So to de-stress I go for a walk in the park every day, I practice yoga (this is my favourite calming routine, and it only takes 15 minutes) and I try to set a 10pm phone curfew before bed.

4. BE A FOOD DETECTIVE
Research shows that gluten, dairy, sugar and even really healthy foods like garlic and onion can bloat you – so what does that leave you with?! Well, your gut is totally unique, so the likelihood is that only a few foods will make you blow out. Get a food diary going so you can link what’s causing you to BLOAT!

I made this gut friendly by using kefir (aka alllll the probiotics), unripe banana (aka allll the prebiotics + low FODMAP friendly) and adding in some baby spinach to get my daily dose of greens 🥬 🥛
