Green Souffle Omelet.

INGREDIENTS:⠀
3 eggs separated ⠀
25g baby spinach chopped ⠀
1 tbsp chopped chives⠀
1 tbsp chopped dill ⠀
50g grated mozzarella (reserving 20g)⠀
50g grated cheddar (reserving 20g) ⠀
25g grated parmesan ⠀
100ml sparkling water ⠀
Salt and freshly ground pepper ⠀
1 tbsp butter ⠀
⠀
TO SERVE:⠀
Grated parmesan ⠀
Chopped chives ⠀
Dill fronds⠀
⠀
STEPS:⠀ Make your omelet- Separate your eggs, putting the yolks in a small bowl and the whites in the bowl of your mixer, along with the sparkling water. Whisk the egg whites to soft peaks, and then carefully fold in the egg yolks along with the chopped spinach, chives, dill, cheeses (reserving some to put under the grill) and some seasoning. ⠀
Turn your grill on to medium heat. Heat a small non-stick frying pan on a low to medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Carefully slide the egg mixture into the pan and give it a little shake to spread it to the edges. Allow this to cook for 1 minute then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar across the surface and place the frying pan under the grill. Let it cook here for 1 – 2 minutes until the cheese has melted and going lightly golden. Take the pan out the oven and allow it to sit for 2 minutes. ⠀
Serve- Slide the omelet onto a plate and carefully fold one side over to reveal the golden underside. Sprinkle on some more grated parmesan and chopped chives and serve immediately.

Для поддержания здорового образа жизни, в умеренных количествах гранола принсет свою пользу, но нужно знать про нее несколько важных пунктов.

🥝Это очень калорийный продукт, но об этом мало кто догадывается. А потому он может принести вред, особенно если человек будет съедать ее много, при этом надеясь сбросить лишние килограммы. И еще: гранола – это все-таки снек, а потому не может служить полноценным завтраком 7 дней в неделю. Людям для здоровья необходимо кушать теплую, разнообразную пищу.

🥝В современную гранолу добавляют много вредных добавок: сахарный сироп, жареные орехи, масла и пр. Подобные ингредиенты делают смесь вкуснее, но отнюдь не приносят пользы. Да, можно найти гранолу из натуральных продуктов, но углеводов в ней будет больше, чем нам нужно за весь дневной рацион.

I used Prep Farmers Marinara. I added onions, bell peppers and mushrooms to the sauce. I used grass fed ground beef, I don’t usually buy this but it was on sale at Sprouts for $2.99/lb. I used the Palmini hearts of artichoke noodles and they were the bomb.com in this! Give it a try!

30 gramos de queso semi-curado o curado (con toda su grasa), 30 gramos de cebolla u otro vegetal bajo en carbohidratos (ej espinaca, champiñones, pimiento…). Puedes utilizar aceite de coco, aceite de aguacate , mantequilla o gee 
2 tiras de tocineta o bacon 
café con crema o leche entera (20 ml de leche).
O
Café Cetogénico 1 pozuelo completo este café sustituye una comida como el desayuno . 
Comida

100-200 g de carne roja o pollo o pavo o pescados 
Ensalada de verdes a tu gusto (lechuga, espinaca, endivias…), 2 rodajas tomate y aguacate, aderezada con aceite de oliva y vinagre 
Trozo de queso (30g)

Cena

100-150 g de salmón (o atún, trucha, bacalao, sardinas, gambas/camarones…) champiñones salteados en mantequilla

30 g de brócoli

Para matar ansiedad de algo dulce o completar la grasa requerida puedes preparar las bombas de grasa 👌🏻son geniales .

This was dinner.... I stopped at an Asian Market in LA and grabbed 1/2 pound of Chicka-rones!!! aka Salt & Pepper Fried Chicken Skins and paired it w/ my own Guacamole that I made at home! SO DELISH!!! 🤤🤤 BAE loved them too... he ate his Chicka-rones w/ salsa, bc he absolutely HATES AVOCADO/Guacamole 🙄😣🥑 smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ HAHA MORE FOR ME!!!

La dernière semaine ou je me dormir un peu plus le mardi et bien non monsieur le chat 🙀 a décidé que je devais me lever à 5h du matin 😩 donc après avoir tenter de rester au lit il a fallu que je me lève. 😩 Alors on se prépare un petit déjeuner réconfort. Un zip de fromage frais accompagné une cuillère de Nocciola 😋 et un carré de chocolat de chez @deliceslowcarb.

⭐️3.26 오늘은 인바디 잰 날
1.21일 필라테스를 등록하러가서 인바디를 쟀고, 그로부터 약 2달된 지금의 인바디결과이다. 대충출산한지 100일 부터 운동을 시작했고, 체중이 6키로줄었고, 내장지방, 체지방률도 마니마니 좋아졌다. 근육량과 대사량은 제자리걸음이지만, 그래도 체중준거에비해 근손실은 적고 이만하면 선방한거 아니냐며 합리화 해본다. 체수분량도 아직 부족해서 물과 단백질을 더 섭취해야겠다. -키토제닉 4일차: 세상에 이렇게 당류 안먹기 힘들줄이야. 게다가 앵겔지수도 올랐다. 키토제닉관련은 다 비싸다ㅜㅜ 거기다 키토플루의 증상인지 짜증나고, 아침에일어나기힘들고, 어제저녁엔 속이너무쓰려 카베진을 먹고 잠들었다. 생리4일차이므로 생리탓을 해본다. 여튼 그래도 인바디결과가 만족스러워 기분은 좋다💕

Obviously I made the post about loving myself this week and not seeing a difference in photos well here the frick it is.. .
. 
1st photo was the 26th of November, at this point I realised I was gaining weight again and was seeing my endocrinologist, dietician and exercise physiologist .
Middle photo is week 4 of @josefrakich #keto meal plan .
Right photo is week 8, today! .
The difference between 2 and three is definitely more in my legs and bum and you can see my back fat has cut down to a whole lot of my fave LOOSE SKIN 😂🤦🏽‍♀️

Super dooooooper proud of me today, and so grateful for this #jrfcommunity the people I speak to daily and those who just inspire me and push me further. I LOVE you all 💕💕

Oh my freaking god!! These keto cheeseburgers were just 🤤🤤 like wow yum!! Made them in less time than it would of taken for me to drive to McDonalds and back too! Like I can't get over how freaking yum they were! I made a right mess of myself, spilt sauce on my top and all up my face but it was totally worth it!
Bunless burgers from the #JRF meal plan for lunch, you can choose your toppings so I turned mine into cheeseburgers today. Used cos lettuce leaves as buns, you can wrap a leaf around a whole patty so you can eat it like a burger. Underneath the patty is mayo, mustard and tomato sauce, the patty is just 100% beef mince and nothing else, once you've cooked the patties just put a piece of cheddar cheese sliced on top and put the saucepan lid on, it takes 20 seconds to melt over the patty. Add a piece of bacon and top with pickles (I've used cucumbers pickled in apple cider vinegar) and fresh red onion.

The initial weeks are very challenging for me whenever I hike/change my exercises, jogging and diet targets.
Day 1: Started Keto diet with moderate changes keeping my age and other issues in consideration. Increased 15 minutes more in walk/run/jog/strength training. 
Day 2: Repeat of day 1
Day 3: Repeat of day 1. Plus fighting cravings, feeling energized but afternoons are challenging. Working hard to avoid mid night binges. Low carb, no sugar, low salt creates deprivation in the body and hence cravings are nasty. .

When I think about it, I’m sometimes ashamed that my daughter witnessed my self-loathing for so many years. I always preached self-confidence to her but I couldn’t muster up the empathy to embrace it myself because I knew what she didn’t… I was fat and fat was humiliating. When I look at this picture from our family trip in 2016 I know my sweet girl isn’t judging me or ashamed of me. She’s simply looking up to her mom… following my lead… learning how she should feel about her own body. If I could go back I would have seen myself through her eyes and realized that my weight was never the problem. It was my poor self-confidence and terrible self-esteem that was humiliating- not my body. I’m proud of the goals I’ve achieved and continue to work hard towards and I’m proud that my girls can witness my new healthy lifestyle. But I am even more proud that my daughters have a strong mom to look up to. Not because I weigh less, but because I know better. I know that my self-worth and self-confidence is in no way related to the size of my body or societies’ perception of it. And instead of telling them how to have self-confidence ... I can lead by example ♥️⠀

Keto Greek Chicken Kebabs

What Makes the Difference Between People Who Succeed and Fail on the Keto Diet… (Link in the bio 👆)

Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 large breasts)
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil
4 lemons juiced and zest of one lemon
4-5 cloves garlic pressed or minced
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 red onion quartered into 1-inch pieces
1 small zucchini sliced into 1/4 inch coins
1 red bell pepper seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions
Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into thirds, and then slice again into about 1-inch pieces. Place the chicken pieces in a freezer bag or bowl and set aside.
Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil to a medium size bowl. Zest one of the lemons and add to the bowl then juice that lemon into the bowl. Add the minced garlic, oregano, kosher salt and black pepper and stir. Pour half of the marinade into the freezer bag or the bowl with the chicken pieces and reserve the other half of the marinade for basting. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes or up to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
When ready to grill, prepare the grill by lightly oiling the grate with vegetable oil or cooking spray and set to medium high heat.
Thread the chicken on the skewers alternating with the red onion, zucchini and red bell pepper until you've reached the end of the skewer, ending with chicken. Repeat with the remaining skewers. Discard any of the remaining marinade that had the chicken in it.
Grill the chicken, basting the kebabs with the reserved marinade and turning often so each side browns and has light grill marks, until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear. Serve warm

🧀 I used Sargento ultra thin Colby jack and topped it with @daksspices everything seasoning and mini pepperonis. Cut 1 thin slice of cheese in 4ths. Baked them in the oven 250* for 18 minutes on a baking sheet with parchment paper and they are perfect!!!!! 💥( ps I watched these like a hawk to make sure they cooked how i wanted them. I advise doing the same. Cheese thickness and ovens vary).

2 tsp. ground cumin 
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
2 cloves garlic, minced 
3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided 
Kosher salt 
Freshly ground black pepper
Romaine lettuce, for serving
1 avocado, thinly sliced 
1/4 c. Sour cream, for serving 📌 DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, stir together shrimp, cumin, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, and 2 tablespoons oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss until combined, then let marinate in the fridge 10 minutes.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat remaining tablespoon oil. Add shrimp and marinade cook until pink, 2 minutes per side.
3. Assemble wraps: Add shrimp and avocado to lettuce, drizzle with sour cream, and garnish with cilantro.

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CAKE
Cooking spray
1 1/2 c. almond flour
2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder 
3/4 c. coconut flour
1/4 c. flaxseed meal
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
3/4 c. keto friendly granulated sugar (such as Swerve)
4 large eggs
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 c. almond milk
1/3 c. strong brewed coffee
FOR THE BUTTERCREAM
2 (8-oz.) blocks of cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
3/4 c. keto friendly powdered sugar (such as Swerve)
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c. coconut flour
1/4 tsp. instant coffee powder 
3/4 c. heavy cream
Pinch kosher salt 
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350° and line two 8” pans with parchment and grease with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 
In another large bowl, using a hand mixer, beat butter and Swerve together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at at time, then add vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined then stir in milk and coffee. 
Divide batter between prepared pans and bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean, 28 minutes. Let cool completely. 
Make frosting: In a large bowl, with a hand mixer, beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Add Swerve, cocoa powder, coconut flour, and instant coffee and beat until no lumps remain. Add cream and a pinch of salt and beat until combined. 
Place one cake layer on serving platter or cake stand then spread a thick layer of buttercream on top. Repeat with remaining layers then frost sides of cake. 
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
