Vous avez sans doute remarqué mon -très léger- amour pour la betterave 🙈 C’est un légume que j’apprécie sous toutes ses formes et qui va avec tout ! Aujourd’hui j’ai voulu faire un petit test et l’essayer sous forme de muffins et le résultat est juste top! Je vais vite m’en refaire! 😋

Du coup bien évidemment ce midi elle était à l’honneur avec : une belle salade de kale 🥬 des muffins vegan à la farine de pois chiche et à la betterave, des carottes/betterave 🥕 rôties au sirop d’érable, des champignons 🍄 et du houmous ! Tout ça pour un bidon plus qu’heureux 😁

Hey guys sorry for that later than usual post tonight. Been feeling a little bit like crap. I’ve realised that I never ended up sharing the recipe to this chocolate peanut butter avocado mousse pudding? I really wanted to get it done as a blog post today but just didn’t get around to it so I’m just gonna share the recipe on here. It’s extremely indulgent and delicious 
Chocolate mousse : 🥑1 ripe banana 🥑1 avocado 🥑2 tbsp cacao powder 🥑2 tbsp maple syrup 🥑1 tbsp nut butter 
Mash avocado and banana and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. 
Peanut butter chia pudding: 🥑1 ripe banana 🥑1 tbsp peanut butter 🥑2 dates 🥑1 cup almond milk 🥑1/3 cup chia seeds 
Mix all ingredients except Chia seeds in a blender until you have a smoothie. Mix in the Chia seeds well and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes or longer. Layer the mousse and the Chia pudding in jars and top with extra peanut butter chocolate granola and chocolate chips. It’s the best ever!

-4 tbsp rice flour
-5 tbsp soy milk
-2 tbsp water
-Pinch of salt
✔️Combine all the ingredients with a whisk ⠀
Yolk:
-2 tbsp pumpkin puree
-1 tbsp garbanzo bean flour
-1 tbsp water -1 tbsp olive oil
-1/2 tsp black salt “kala namak” (❗️the main ingredient ❗️gives the taste of egg)
✔️Combine all the ingredients in a blender ⠀
INSTRUCTIONS
✅Heat a non-stick skillet, add a drop of oil for frying, add the mixture for the white. In 30 seconds add the yolk mixture in the middle. Fry for about a minute. Serve on a toast. Enjoy 👍😋

Nothing better than waking up to Fluffy Banana Pancakes on a random Wednesday! And this recipe from  @plantbasedali_ looks absolutely amazing!!❤️ Recipe:
Ingredients:⠀⠀
150g flour (used a mix of spelt and wheat flour) or sub for all purpose gluten free flour
1 tbsp baking powder⠀⠀
1 pinch of salt⠀⠀
1 tsp vanilla powder⠀⠀
1 tbsp sweetener of choice (optional)⠀⠀
a splash of almondmilk⠀⠀
about 1 cup (250ml) sparkling water⠀⠀
1 mashed banana, medium⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Directions:⠀⠀
Mix dry ingredients, then add in mashed banana, splash of almondmilk and mix well. Slowly add in the water and stop adding more once the batter is smooth more thick and not runny. Let it rest for about 5 minutes.⠀⠀
Preheat a non stick pan over medium heat and add in some coconut oil. Then add some of the batter to the pan, form small circles and let it bake until bubbles appear and the edges firm up, flip over and cook for another minute or so. Repeat with remaining dough.⠀⠀
Serve pancakes with fruit, nutbutter, maple syrup or anything you like. #letscookvegan⠀

Y a rien que j’aime plus que le flan (peut-être le far breton ou le fraisier ou la tropezienne ou l’opéra... Abadakor). J’en avais jamais de fait de ma vie même en version avec des règles de poules jamais jamais. Alors j’ai essayé la recette végétale de @perleensucre ! Et bah le résultat est bluffant. Déjà esthétiquement il est canon et le goût est top surtout niveau texture. J’aime bien quand le flan est un peu crémeux. Voilà. C’est beau hein ? Regarde. C’est beau. .

Vydatna snidane je zaklad. Ja miluju snidat kase, v mrazaku se mi objevila hromada mrazenych lesnich plodu, takze jsem si je chvilku povarila a vedle jsem si udelala klasicky mix z vlocek, pohankove krupice, otrub, chia seminek, skorice a orisku. 💚

Healthy breakfast is the most important meal for me. I love porridge for many reasons-it's super filling, healthy and you can top it up with different fruits and it's like having completely different breakfast every day. 
I found berries in my freezer so I cooked those for a bit and made the porridge base using oats, buckwheat, chia seeds, cinnamon and nuts. 💚

CUADRADOS DE CHEESECAKE DE FRESA

Hoy os paso la receta de éste cheesecake, que está ríquisssimo!!!
Utlizad un molde de 18x18 cuadrado
Primera capa empezando desde el fondo
Ingredientes
100 gr. Avena sin gluten
100 gr. Almendras crudas
7 cucharadas de azúcar de coco o panela
2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
1/4  de cucharadita de sal rosa
5 cucharadas de aceite de coco fundido

RELLENO
100 gr de fresas frescas
150 ml de crema de coco
6 cucharadas de manteca de cacao
3 cucharadas de jarabe de arce
Zumo de limón y media cucharadita de piel de limón
Media cucharadita de pasta de vainilla
1 cucharada en polvo de pitaya(opcional color)
Pizca de buena sal

DECORAR
10/15 fresas pequeñas o medianas cortadas por la mitad
20 arándanos aproximadamente

Precalentar el horno a 170°
Colocar todos los ingredientes secos para la capa de abajo en un procesador de alimentos. Procesar bien hasta que se consiga la consistencia de harina.
Añadir aceite fundido en el procesador hasta que se convierta en arena húmeda.
Poner una hoja de hornear en el molde y presionar la mezcla en el fondo del mismo. 
Hornear durante 15/20 minutos. Después que se haya enfríado ponerlo en el congelador de 30 minutos a 1 hora. 
Pon todos los ingredientes para el relleno de fresa en una batidora de alta velocidad y mezcla bien. Echa esta mezcla sobre la capa anterior y coloca encima las fresas y arándanos. Congelar hasta que coja la consistencia deseada. Sacar del molde y cortar en cuadrados.

🧐Wikipedia kuvailee Tiramisua kuuluisaksi italialaiseksi jälkiruoaksi, jossa maistuu kahvi ja mantelilikööri, ja jonka valmistuksessa käytetään savoiardi-keksejä, kananmunia ja mascarpone-juustoa. No-oh. 🤷‍♀️Poistimme reseptistä ylimääräiset ainekset, kuten kananmunat ja maitotuotteet, mutta jätimme kahvin ja liköörin🙃. Lopputulos oli herkullisen hyvää, jopa perinteistä parempi, tai ainakin vihreämpi. 💚

Ainekset:
500g Schlagfix use like Mascarpone kreemi 
18 - 20 kpl vegaaniset Ladyfingers-keksit
3 kananmunan korvaajan annosta (esim. No Egg)
1,5 dl  vahvaa espressoa
1-2 rkl Amaretto likööriä
80g tomusokeria
Kaakaojauhetta ja tumman suklaan lastuja koristeluun
👩🏻‍🍳⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Valmistus: 
1. Keitä kahvi ja jätä se sivuun jäähtymään. Sekoita Amaretto sellaiseen määrään vettä, jotta sinulla olisi riittävästi liuosta Ladyfingers-keksien kostuttamiseen. 
2. Valmista No Egg korviketta, ohjeiden mukaisesti, kolmen kananmunan verran. Vatkaa korvike ja tomusokeri kunnes massasta tulee vaalea ja kuohkea. Lisää Schlagfix use like Mascarpone ja sekoita tasaiseksi vaahdoksi.
3. Aseta keksit kulhon pohjalle, kostuta ne kunnolla kahvilla ja amarettoliuoksella, lisää päälle täyte. Toista muutaman kerran siten, että viimeisenä kerroksena on täyte. 
4. Ripottele kaakao tasaisesti ja koristele suklaalastuilla. Anna jäähtyä jääkaapissa noin noin 3-4 tuntia ennen tarjoilua.

🔸1 large navel orange , peeled and sliced ⁣
🔸2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup ⁣⁣

INSTRUCTIONS: ⁣⁣
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth ⁣⁣
2. Pour into ice pop mounds and place in freezer to firm up. It will take about 6 hours.⁣⁣

For dal tadka:⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1.  Pressure cook 1 cup of toor dal with 4 cups of water for 20 mins.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and saute onions till they turn golden brown.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
3. Add crushed garlic , ginger, chopped tomatoes ,red chilli powder , turmeric and coriander powder and fry without burning the spices.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
4. Now add in cooked daal and mix well ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
5. Add salt to taste.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
6. Adjust the consistency by adding required water.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
7. Finally add chopped cilantro.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Preparing Tadka for dal tadka:⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
🔺In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, curry leaves, hing and dried red chilli. let them splutter.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

It’s like a burst of sunshine in your mouth, with the orange of the cantaloupe ,the sweetness of the bananas and mangoes and the succulence of the peaches coming together to make a beautiful smoothie. This would be a great vessel to add some veggies as well.⁣

🔸1 cup cantaloupe ⁣⁣
🔸1 cup mango⁣
🔸1 fresh peach ⁣⁣
🔸½ ripe banana
🔸1 tablespoon cashew butter or cashews⁣⁣
🔸½ cup water or ice cubes⁣⁣
🔸1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁣⁣
🔸1 tablespoon chia seeds⁣⁣

INSTRUCTIONS⁣
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).⁣
2. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and add the sugar, baking soda and salt. Then add the soy milk, vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla, lemon extract and lemon zest. Whisk briefly with a hand whisk to combine properly and remove any lumps.⁣
3. Line a cupcake tray with cupcake liners and divide the batter between them.⁣
4. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.⁣
5. When baked transfer to a wire cooling rack and allow to cool completely before frosting.⁣
7. Prepare your frosting by adding the powdered sugar, vegan butter, lemon juice and lemon essence to an electric mixing bowl. Start at slow speed and gradually increase speed until smooth and thick. If it’s too thick, add a little more lemon juice until you reach the right consistency.⁣
8. Pipe the frosting onto the cupcakes and then decorate with some lemon zest.⁣ Enjoy!😋

Poori also spelled as puri, is a popular recipe across South India. The main ingredients to make poori are wheat flour, oil and water.⁣ And what’s more , it’s vegan , delightfully delicious and quite easy to make!😊⁣
⁣Recipe below 📝👇🏻⁣
⁣⁣
INGREDIENTS:⁣⁣
🔻2 cup wheat flour⁣⁣
🔻2 tbsp semolina ⁣⁣
🔻pinch sugar⁣⁣
🔻salt to taste⁣⁣
🔻water - to knead⁣⁣
🔻oil for deep frying⁣⁣
⁣
INSTRUCTIONS:⁣⁣
1. In a wide mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt, pinch of sugar and semolina. Mix well.⁣⁣
2. Add water little by little and make a tight, smooth and stiff dough and knead well for 5 minutes.⁣⁣
3. Add litttle oil and knead for few minutes to make it smooth and soft.⁣⁣

INGREDIENTS:⁣⁣⁣
🔸1 cup chickpea, soaked overnight⁣⁣⁣
🔸4 tbsp oil ⁣⁣⁣
🔸1 bay leaf⁣⁣⁣
🔸1 inch cinnamon stick⁣⁣⁣
🔸½ tsp cumin seeds⁣⁣⁣
🔸1 onion, finely chopped⁣⁣⁣
🔸1 tsp ginger-garlic paste⁣⁣⁣
🔸2 tomatoes, finely chopped⁣⁣⁣
🔸1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder⁣⁣⁣
🔸½ tsp turmeric powder⁣⁣⁣
🔸1 tsp coriander powder⁣⁣⁣
🔸½ tsp cumin powder⁣⁣⁣
🔸¾ tsp dry mango powder⁣⁣⁣
🔸salt to taste⁣⁣⁣
🔸½ tsp garam masala⁣⁣⁣
🔸2 cups water⁣⁣⁣
🔸Few cilantro leaves, finely chopped⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
INSTRUCTIONS:⁣⁣⁣
1. Pressure cook the soaked chickpeas for 4 whistles ( about 10-15 mins )⁣⁣⁣
2. Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cumin seeds and sauté till they turn aromatic.⁣⁣⁣
3. Then mix in the chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté till the onions turn golden brown.⁣⁣⁣
4. Add tomatoes ,chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder, cumin powder, mango powder, garam masala and salt. Sauté well.⁣⁣⁣
5. Finally add the cooked chickpeas and 2 cups of water and mix well.⁣⁣⁣
6. Garnish with cilantro.Enjoy!⁣🍲😋⁣⁣

Sometimes the most humble looking recipes are the most delicious! ⁣Even though this is the most common dish in my Indian cuisine, it enjoys an iconic place due to its distinct taste and aroma.⁣⁣⁣
Ease your soul with food like dal tadka and chapati which are packed with all the goodness of protein rich lentils.🍛😋⁣⁣⁣

INGREDIENTS:⁣⁣⁣
For the dal:⁣⁣⁣
🔹1 cup toor dal⁣⁣⁣
🔹½ inch ginger, crushed⁣⁣⁣
🔹1 onion, finely chopped⁣⁣⁣
🔹1 to mato, finely chopped⁣⁣⁣
🔹2 tsp garlic, crushed⁣⁣⁣
🔹1 tsp turmeric powder⁣⁣⁣
🔹1 tsp red chilli powder⁣⁣⁣
🔹cilantro , chopped⁣⁣⁣
🔹1 tsp coriander powder⁣⁣⁣
🔹salt to taste⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
For tempering:⁣⁣⁣
🔸2 tsp oil ⁣⁣⁣
🔸1 tsp mustard seeds⁣⁣⁣
🔸1 tsp cumin seeds⁣⁣⁣
🔸3 red chilies, dried⁣⁣⁣
🔸pinch of asafoetida⁣⁣⁣
🔸½ tsp red chilli powder⁣⁣⁣
🔸½ tsp garam masala powder⁣⁣⁣
🔸few curry leaves⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
INSTRUCTIONS:⁣⁣⁣
For dal tadka:⁣⁣⁣
1.  Pressure cook 1 cup of toor dal with 4 cups of water for 20 mins.⁣⁣⁣
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and saute onions till they turn golden brown.⁣⁣⁣
3. Add crushed garlic , ginger, chopped tomatoes ,red chilli powder , turmeric and coriander powder and fry without burning the spices.⁣⁣⁣
4. Now add in cooked daal and mix well ⁣⁣⁣
5. Add salt to taste.⁣⁣⁣
6. Adjust the consistency by adding required water.⁣⁣⁣
7. Finally add chopped cilantro.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Preparing Tadka for dal tadka:⁣⁣⁣
🔺In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, curry leaves, hing and dried red chilli. let them splutter.⁣⁣⁣
🔺pour the tadka on dal and serve with steamed rice.⁣⁣⁣
