In this recipe we combine turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and a pinch of black pepper to make a slightly spiced concoction. And why turmeric, you ask? 1/4 C chia seeds
1/8 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of salt
Pinch of ground black pepper
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 C plant milk (I used soy milk for some extra protein)
1. To a medium bowl add chia seeds, ginger, turmeric, salt, and pepper, and stir well.
2. Add maple syrup and plant milk of choice and stir until thoroughly combined.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
4. In the morning remove the pudding from the fridge, give it another good stir, and then serve in two bowls with toppings of choice.
