If I can, you can, I promise! I'm my biggest enemy, my toughest critic, queen of excuses, you name it. I was defeated by myself. I gave up and looked for easy ways out, like drinking my feelings away or drowning in bad relationships just so I wouldn't be alone. Eventually you get to a point where you say enough is enough. All you have to do is make a promise to yourself. And you don't have to make major changes, just make better choices. You're given one body, one life to live, why not enjoy it? Why not feel good? Feel good physically, feel good mentally, be proud of yourself? Just wake up and do it. You don't have to go to a gym you don't need a trainer you don't need a crazy diet, you just need the tiniest bit of self discipline. Maybe start small. Stop drinking pop. Make yourself eat breakfast, like actual eggs not cereal. Limit how much you eat out. Workout 10 minutes a day, then fifteen, then 20. Once a week goes by, these tiny choices become habit.
