GROWTH is hard work.
Growth is not always very pretty.
It can be messy, dirty, and require a lot of care.

Only until you’ve reached a new level of growth, do your petals truly blossom into something so beautiful. 🌻🌸🌺🌷 but even then, there are still deeper roots that want to keep growing and layers of you that still need shedding. I’ve cried more in the last week (well the last 6 months really) than I have ever in my life before. Because when you want to grow and self-develop into the greatest you you can be, there’s a lot of conviction. There’s A LOT of messing up and failing along the way that makes you feel defeated. But when you start to RECOGNIZE the DIFFERENCE in your ACTIONS and your DECISIONS, good and bad, and the way they make YOU feel and the way they make OTHERS feel, then you just want to keep going. You don’t want to give up because you want to get it right. And I WILL get it right.

There have been a lot of tears shed lately to water my roots in order to keep growing. And it’s been hard, and it hasn’t been very pretty, it’s been messy, dirty, and required a lot of care, but I know that if I keep tending to my growth, that eventually I will reach that new level and blossom into the most beautiful thing I ever created, the best version of myself I can be.
And all the hard work will pay off and be so worth it. 🌻🌺🌞

If you’re looking for a simple way to start your day off with the greatest momentum here is what i suggest... Prime for 5-10 minutes. It’s the most effective way for you maximize your day in 10 minutes or less.
•
Steps
•
1. Sit in a seated position that you can be comfortable for 10 minutes with your eyes closed
•
2. Breathing exercise- Do three sets of 30 Kapalabhati Pranayama breaths (90 breaths total). In this ancient yoga exercise, a person sits straight and takes a deep inhale before exhaling forcefully by constricting his or her abdomen. The inhalations in between are slight, and the full breaths are done in quick succession. They're concluded with a deep inhale followed by a deep exhale. You may get light headed at first.
•
3. Express Gratitude- Then take a few moments to think of three things you are grateful for- family, health, or even something simple like being alive (anything at all).
•
3. Connect with your body- Feel the aliveness in your body. Sense the life force in your body. You may feel a tingling sensation in your hands or a warmth in your chest. Connect with the feeling of being alive.
•
4. Envision the future- Think of 3 things you are going to create and envision the result. Perhaps a business venture, a mobile and strong body, a health goal, career goal, etc.
•
5. Prayer/ send love. You don't need to practice a particular religion, but if you do then pray. If not send love and light out to the universe or send a silent blessing to someone or some thought that comes to you: a family member, someone you love, or even someone special. Try it out for 5 days and it will create huge positions ice momentum in your life. I promise 🙏❤️ . #priming #meditation #meditate #meditating

Every Monday I post an intent for the week . I do it to hone into the energy of the week + I love that group consciousness offers us a shared experience.

The intent for this week is to deeply #breathe every time a fearful or anxiety based thought pops up for you. 
If you're driving down the road and an unpleasant future scenario pops in your head, get back to your breath.

If you're working and it starts to overwhelm you, focus on your breathing. 
If your partner starts to trigger you. Come back to love and focus on your breath.

If things aren't happening as fast as you like, focus on your breathing & actively find peace in your pulse.

This probably isn't new for you but like most things it's the continual process + practice that counts. .

I get affected by these crazy energies just like everyone else.
The past 2 days have been little rough…I felt like I needed comforting of a good friend, but wasn’t really sure who to turn to. I talked to someone on the phone who said I sounded lonely…

Lonely? Hmmm do I want a romantic partner? Is that what this is all about?

I checked in with myself…Nope, that is not what I need right now…

I decided to meditate.
I start meditating and my “Higher” or “Future” self comes in to speak with me. “I don’t know what is happening right now.” I say.
“Yes you do, you just have to go write it down.” she says.
“But what if things don’t turn out well?” I say.
“They already did…and you know it.” she says.

I laugh. I get up and get ready to go outside for a walk feeling so much better, lighter and happier.

It turns out I wasn’t missing someone else…it was the connection to myself I was missing.

When I am fully and completely connected to my body and Source I have the answers. I am never worried and I always feel good no matter what is going on.

My life is the same as it was before I meditated, but I feel so much different about things now…
When I am aligned and peaceful I am better able to handle what is going on. And you will be too. It’s a gift you give to your self and your sanity. I highly recommend it!

Respiration is essential to physiological and mental functioning. And nothing… I mean nothing is possible in this human life without it. But how does one go about teaching the importance of breath so that it’s relatable, accessible, applicable, and resulting in its positive effect? Well the truth is this, anyone can learn to breathe, maximizing their respiratory strength and overall ability. And anyone can have an experience with their breathing cycle, when used rhythmically, resulting in an exceptional experience, whether self-guided or as a led-practice.

But in order to truly extract the prosperity of breath and what it can offer you, beyond any general approach, whether in the circles of contemporary yoga or health advocacy — knowing the mind, understanding how to use it, and the outgoing work ethic of intelligently designing how you are alive living Life is first and foremostly a prerequisite.

So with that being said, take up study of your own personal mind religiously. Either through the prescribed mental aptitude and methodologies I share here with you in my posts, or through your own devices of study. Nevertheless, be intelligently obsessive in how you use that positive knowledge to elevate your mental platform and mindset, so that you can be more alive, live better, and more throughly experience Life. Raise the platform of how you use your minds individuality, identity, and personality so that you can create a new personal reality. This will enable you to better access the breath from a seat of higher intelligence.

This is the prerequisite.

Spring is here! It represents a new beginning, lightness and freshness! A time to review and reflect on the lessons learned during the winter months, and to shed some layers of loss and grief, anger and resentment, past hurts and regrets. A time to clean and purge, to make room for growth and expansion, and to start anew. 
This past winter has taught me a big lesson on grief and letting go of attachment, to honor what has ended and the potential of what could have been. Breathwork has been supporting the process, releasing emotional attachment and old stories, turning pain and fear into surrender and tears.

Breathwork is an active meditation using two-stage breath that actives your energy systems and allows you to access an altered state of consciousness, clear stagnant energy and release stuck emotions in your body, free yourself from the social confinements of who you are and what you can or cannot do.

Breathwork is a simple yet powerful tool for self-discovery and self-healing. It is a way to open yourself up to all possibilities.

In my level 1 training, I learned to offer Reiki to myself, and how to incorporate it into my life.  So when Mullein  showed up in my vegetable garden this summer, I welcomed them as a gift to my respiratory system and began to offer them Reiki in gratitude. They thrived and grew taller than me! Full circle to today, I sipped on an infusion from those same plants. Holding the jar in my hands, once again offering this nourishing beverage some Reiki and absorbing light through to my core! .

I'm not the type of person who can focus and meditate. I always fell asleep while meditating. Thus I quitted. However 2 days ago, I decided to give it a try again...but I experienced a strange and scary phenomenon.
It was the first time, I could stay awake while meditating. I turned on a video with sound of nature, I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and focus on the sound of water and chirping birds.
When I closed my eyes, I could see nothing. Just darkness and sound of the video. Perhaps after a couple of minutes, I started to see a pulsating white light, from small growing bigger and bigger. I saw everything from within my eyelids, with my eyes, closed tightly😮
The light started to grow smaller again and I saw black purple colours swirling and circling the white light until the white light became small and disappeared from my sight.
When the light disappeared, I suddenly felt very scared. Black and purple kept swirling and it gave me the urge to open my eyes and ended the meditation. 
But suddenly, I saw something beneath the black and purple swirls. Someone's was sitting on a chair, with his/her(I will refer it to her to make it easier for me to explain) right hand on the table writing something. I could feel my limbs, but I couldn't move and I couldn't get close to that person and see what she was writing. After some time, I saw her move her right hand and pet a cat near her right feet. Sitting on the chair petting the cat, but I couldn't see her head or face. And the black purple swirls were like a blocker that stopped me from seeing the clear image behind them. My head hurt from trying to focus and see. .

I hope my next relationship will be my last relationship, for the rest of my life. I have no interest in dating just to pass the time or for fun or to avoid being lonely,  or to just say that I have something. I want all or nothing at all.  I want something deep and once in a lifetime. .

I want it all, love, romance, a life partner, best friends and someone who loves me as much as I love them. Together we will push each other to be the best versions of ourselves and push each other to reach our fullest potential and reach our goals.  We will communicate fully, make each other laugh, and work hard at the relationship and work through the difficult times and never give up. .

But for now I will be content staying alone. I have a lot of work to do to learn and grow from my past and recent mistakes in life and love.  I had to learn some hard lessons about myself and hurt people I cared about deeply. That's the worst part.  But I'm thankful for the chance to grow and change and become a better man. At least life offers the chance for growth, change and rebirth and I will take it and not waste the opportunity. .

Time alone for now will help to clear my mind and heart and allow me to work on setting myself up for future success personally and professionally. It will give me time to grow and mature into the man I need and want to be.  I'm ready and am excited at what the future will bring. .

we all know an excessive apology giver, and if you don't, you're probably that person in your friend group haha. you obviously need to apologise sometimes, if you've done something bad or hurtful. being able to give someone a heartfelt apology is a good skill. but some people over-apologise. they apologise for things not in their control, things that are clearly not their fault. they apologise for being sensitive, for someone else bumping into them, they apologise for apologising. but over apologising can be troublesome, saying sorry too much can trivialize the act of apology, making the important ones carry less weight. many things can lead to over apologising. a high level of agreeableness, a difficult upbringing, a past of emotional abuse, a naturally high level of compassion for others, can all lead to constantly saying sorry. but always remember, you do not have to apologise for your existence. one way to stop saying sorry so much is replacing the "sorry" with "thank you". it makes you seem more thankful, and assured, rather than sounding insecure, unsure, or undeserving. being able to assert yourself, and owning your right to make your way in the world is vital. you don't have to apologise for simply being, you don't have to apologise for having flaws. 💌⁣
