Results are in! I did not die! I survived the 3 days with ease!
Oh man those before pictures are hard for me to share, but I want to be real with you and share my journey. I have only missed 2 workouts in the past 6 months, but enjoyed my summer allowing myself more treats than my “cheat days” allotted for! This only backs the theory that nutrition is 80 % of the plan! ✅ I ate real food! Mostly fruits and veggies. ✅ I drank a gallon of water each day! ✅ I drank my daily dose of superfoods ✅ I was not starving at all! ✅ I feel great!
