I have four children, one of which is 6 months old.😊
My husband works 80 hours a week and is only home for about eight days per month.🙄
I am a stay-at-home mom, a full-time student, and a two-time business owner.👀
Plus, there is trying to manage my home, finances, and the children's activities; school, sports, appointments, etc. (Mind you, my three older children each go to a different school....) 🤦
Is it hard to find time for myself or my fitness?💪 Absolutely! What isn't hard in life? 🤔
I have to be organized; keep a calendar of events, plan out/prepare for my day or week (ahead of time), make lists, and plan for the unexpected. 👌
Absolutely nothing in this world is impossible; as long as you believe in yourself, prepare, work hard, and stay consistent! 😉
P.s) I have to give a huge shout out to Beachbody's Performance Line! My results have changed dramatically since I started using their Pre-workout and Post-workout supplemental drinks. It gives me energy which boosts my endurance; I am able to workout longer and harder. Plus, my muscles recover faster, allowing me to keep going everyday! (Aside from rest days, which are crucial for your health and any muscle gains.)
