4 miles slow recovery run from yesterday's half marathon.. best way to scare off the DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)  and stiffness is to get out again 🙌 and I had the pleasure of company again which is so much fun. I'm so proud of Caroline who is returning to running and I was a bit of a slave driver this morning 🤣🤣🙊 Thank you Caroline for the run and chat 🗣️🗣️ the fact we can still do both whilst climbing Crowborough hills is testament to our fitness 💪😍 The countdown to #vlm is well and truly on! Less than 5 weeks now.. one more long run.. 😱

Heute gab es mal wieder Leckere Zucchini Pizza mit Speck. Es war fantastisch lecker. Um ehrlich zu sein habe ich 4 dieser Zucchinis gegessen und das Doppelte oder Dreifache an Kartoffeln. 😂😍 Übrigens morgen habe ich meine praktische Zwischenprüfung und ich bin schon mega aufgeregt und habe irgendwie Angst diese zu verhauen. Die schriftliche habe ich Gott sei dank schon hinter mir. Aber das schlimmste kommt morgen. 🤮 Mal schauen wie die ausfallen wird. 😭

I'm certainly starting to get a little more fluff around the edges with the high calorie diet. My FitBit has been tracking how many calories I burn which usually comes up to around 2200/day, so no wonder I was shedding fat at that incredibly fast rate on the 1600kcal diet 😳 
My leg workout today combined both skipping rope and heavy compound lifting. Kept my heart rate up for an entire hour by skipping rope in between my leg exercises. It looked like this:
~Curtsy Lunges (5 sets/leg)
~Barbell Squats (4 sets)
~Bulgarian Split Squats (3 sets/leg)
~One-legged Deadlifts (3 sets/leg)
~Hip Thrusts (3 sets)
~Crab Walk (3 sets)
~Lying Leg Raise (3 sets/leg)
All with progressive overload and with 30 seconds of jumping rope in between each set. It was a killer. But I'm loving HIIT 💪 .

Separately blend Musclepharm Combat Protein Powder (Cookies N Cream) with almond milk. Stir protein shake into finished oatmeal and warm. For #vegan use #vega Protein. 
For fast cooking, use Quaker 3-minute Steel Cut Oats. 
I cannot take credit for this amazing recipe. She knows who she is and I can never go back to regular oatmeal again!

I used to have such a terrible relationship with food, for most of my life I was either on a diet, restricting, emotionally eating ~ I used food to reward or punish myself 😔

Now, I’m a completely different person. I’ve studied Holistic Nutrition and worked hard on myself and now have such a healthy approach to nutrition, health and well-being. It is possible to change habits, beliefs and behaviours!

I listen to my body and give it exactly what it needs, I enjoy a wholefood, balanced diet and don’t obsess over it.

A simple tip I suggest to every client is this : add greens to every meal, it doesn’t have to be hard 🥒 .

Start off by blending your dates & almonds in a food processor until evenly chopped. Then add in your cacao nibs, coconut (save some for rolling), & Chocho Powder.
Then, use a tbsp measurer to scoop out the batter & roll into small balls. Then roll into your leftover toasted coconut.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. They won’t be there for long! 🤤

Ich starte mit dem nächsten #panini #foodporn in die Woche und habe heute mal ne geile #vegetarische #foodporn Variante.😍 Für diese Kreation benötigt ihr ordentlich #champignons und besonders die Freunde von Pilzen kommen damit auf ihre Kosten.😉🍄 Das Champignons ordentlich Eiweiß für ein Gemüse am Start haben ist dazu ja nicht von Nachteil und sorgt für mehr als ordentliche Makronährstoffe. Für das #panini braucht ihr:
➡️100g Champignons, 125 Light-Mozzarella, 1 Tomate, frische Petersilie, Salz&Pfeffer, 1/2 Zwiebel, 5ml Olivenöl ➡️ Die Champignons zusammen mit der halben Zwiebel, ein wenig Olivenöl, Salz&Pfeffer und natürlich der frischen Petersilie anbraten und die Masse dann auf das Panini geben.😍 ➡️ Dann Mozzarella und Tomate in Scheiben schneiden und auf das Panini geben.
➡️ Alles auf den Kontaktgrill oder in den Ofen geben und Abfahrt.😁

{ BARRE VEGAN🌱 & PROTÉINÉE💪 CHOCO🍫/BANANE🍌 } 
Je vs présente ma nouvelle innovation du jour😋😂 J'ai testé un genre de cake/porridge au four que j'ai coupé en barre. Une texture assez compacte et dense en bouche (comme un porridge cuit au four quoi😅) mais bien gourmand😋 À manger comme ça ou à couper/emietter sur du yaourt végétal, de la compote, etc..😋 RECETTE : 
Ingrédients commun aux 2 pâtes : 🌸1 banane surgelée 🌸50 g yaourt soja 🌸un peu de lait d'amande (ou autre lait ou même eau)
➡️Mixez le tout ds un robot jusqu'à l'obtention d'une  consitance lisse et crémeuse.

Pâte n°1 "nature":
➡️ Dans un saladier mélangez :
🌸 30 g eau 🌸la moitié de la préparation commune réalisée précédemment (soit 90g)
🌸45 g flocons d'avoine 🌸 20 g farine soja

Pâte n°2 "choco" :
🌸55g flocons d'avoine 🌸60g eau
🌸l'autre moitié du mélange commun (soit 90g)
🌸5 g cacao non sucrée 🌸20 g de protéine choco/vegan @purasana_officiel

Topping : 25g de chocolat noir coupé en morceaux

➡️ N'hésitez pas à rajouter un peu plus d'eau ou de flocons d'avoine en fonction de la texture obtenue, si elle est trop lisse ou trop épaisse.
➡️ recouvrez votre moule de papier sulfurisé puis étalez votre pâte nature puis celle au chocolat. Ajoutez les morceaux de chocolat et enfournez 20 à 25min ds un four préchauffé à 180°C.

Teig:
🍰 30g Whey-Pulver, passend wäre hier natürlich Schokolade, Schokobrownie etc. (Hier benutze ich das Yum Whey von @rockanutrition )
🍰 10g Backkakao
🍰 1 Eiklar
🍰 TL Backpulver
🍰 125g Kidneybohnen (gut abspülen!) Creme:
🍓 ca. 250g Erdbeeren, am liebsten frische, TK geht aber genauso
🍓 300g Quarkcreme (benutze hier die Creme von Exqusia, 0,2%)
🍓 50-100g Exquisa Fitline 0,2% (hatte nur mehr 50g ürbig, schmeckt aber auch so mega gut)
🍓 Spritzer Zitrone 🍋 🍓 Blattgelantine oder zB Agaragar, ... etc.
🍓 optional wer es etwas süßer mag -> Xucker light, Erythrit etc.. 🍰🍓 1. Ofen auf 170 Grad Ober-/ Unterhitze vorheizen. Springform (18er) vorbereiten.
🍰🍓 2. Alle Zutaten für den Teig in ein Gefäß geben und gut durchmixen.
🍰🍓 3. In die Springform füllen und für ca. 10-20 Minuten im Ofen backen (variiert je nach Ofen). Stäbchenprobe, fertig - abkühlen lassen.
🍰🍓 4. In der Zwischenzeit Erdbeeren (ein Paar lasse ich für die Deko übrig) waschen, schneiden und in eine Schüssel geben. Mixen. (Achtung, gab bei mir ne richtige Sauerrei 🤭). Quarkcreme und Fitline Frischkäse unterrühren und nach Bedarf etwas süßen und ggf. mit Zitrone abschmecken. 🍰🍓 5. Während der Boden auskühlt, Blattgelatine einweichen. Solltet ihr etwa anderes benutzen, dann könnt ihr diesen Step natürlich überspringen ;) -> anschließend schmelzen.
🍰🍓 6. Gelatine langsam mit der Erdbeercreme vermengen, dass es keine Klümpchen gibt.
🍰🍓 7. Erdbeercreme auf den Kuchenboden geben und dann ab in den Kühlschrank. (für die Ungeduldigen ca. 1 Stunde ins Kühlfach)
🍰🍓 Bei Bedarf noch mit restlichen Erdbeeren garnieren und mit Kakao bestäuben - fertig 😊
