The Last Hope.
Imagine being 30, 50, 100, 200, 300 pounds overweight and on the verge of giving up.
You’ve tried all the fad diets.
You’ve tried all the quick fixes.
They’ve kind of worked. You’ve lost a few pounds here and there but you end up putting the weight back on.
Honestly, you feel lied to because everybody said the fad diets & quick fixes would do the trick.
You’re looking for your last hope.
That last hope…it’s the truth.
The truth that there isn’t a quick fix. There isn’t a shortcut. There isn’t some magic pill that you can take.
To lose the weight, it’s gonna take a lot of hard work & time.
But, you’re scared.
You’ve tried it so many times that you just don’t know if you can try again.
But, you don’t know what to do or how to eat.
How do you feel?
Probably lost & confused.
Unfortunately, this a reality for too many people.
How do I know?
Because I get to interview people who have gone through or are going through that journey of losing weight.
and guess what?
At some point, they all have felt like this.
But, here’s the thing, at some point, they came across their last hope.
and that last hope could of been a post talking about how this whole weight loss thing is tough and is going to take a lot of hard work but it’s worth it.
or a video talking about how they’ve never been able to do a pull up but now they can because they’ve lost all the weight.
or a IG story talking about how everyday is a struggle to get in the gym because they’re scared everybody is going to judge them for being overweight but they’re doing it anyways.
We have this awesome platform to document…
You could be somebody’s last hope.
You could be the truth in so much noise.
Your story, your struggles, your journey could save somebody’s life. 📸 cred : @davidmullis
