Today I got out of bed and decided to watch Dads Army. Quite the show and when I laughed, my back hurt. So I decided not to erg, but when I got to the boathouse, I thought, "No days off". Nếu ai để ý kĩ, thì sẽ nhận ra những nhóm cơ lớn khác như chân và ngực hầu như không có bài bodyweight (cân nặng cơ thể) nào tạo đủ áp lực để phát triển cơ trong khoảng thời gian dài (kiểu như squat không tạ cho chân, và chống đẩy hoặc dip cho ngực), ít nhất là với nam giới. Nhưng lưng thì có. Các động tác như hít xà, hay inverted row chỉ sử dụng bodyweight luôn đóng vai trò rất lớn trong rất nhiều các giáo trình phát triển lưng. Nhiều hơn là những gì các bài bodyweight khác có thể làm.

The classic barbell bent-over row is an extremely difficult exercise to master and has done more harm than good for a vast number of lifters. Due to the anterior loading of the barbell, the demands of the lower back to isometrically stabilize this position are greatly increased.

Many lifters are unable to maintain this static hold while performing the dynamic rowing movement, which ultimately leads to a pissed-off lower back.

Need a to step up your back training? ⬇️
I tend to pair back with triceps so resting the head on the arm help to allows the tricep to rest without further fatigue or loss of energy and remember to keep your torso stable. 
1️⃣
You want to have one knee supported on the bench and the other in a wide position on the floor. 
At the start of the movement in a neutral grip #Retract your scalp before you initiate the rowing action and from this follow on with the arm. 
2️⃣
Bring the dumbbell up towards the waist and focus on contracting the muscle at the top of the range. Once you have mastered this you’re ready for the 1 1/4 rep. 
3️⃣
1 1/4 reap can be added to both the bottom and top parts of lots of different exercises.  Ok so once you have reached the top of the #row bring your arm down a 1/4 then back up and then all the way down.. that is one #rep :) this move is. Great way to add more tension in your set. 
4️⃣
Depending on how tough you want to make the exercise you will opt for either the top or bottom and this will change depending on the movement. For this exercise it’s harder at the top but for a #squat it will be harder at the bottom. 💪🏾
