Not going to lie.... I said this once before with another company I was with 😳
It wasn't that my skin didn't look amazing when I worked for them, but it was masking a bigger problem. I have horrible cystic acne that even acutane 🤦 and the best prescription medicines haven't been able to touch 😭
I have noticed that since I have been properly taking care of my skin (washing, toning, treating, and moisturizing) I have noticed a dramatic change. However, that's still not enough for me.
We all need to take care of our whole body with the gut being one of the biggest components. I notice that my flare ups coincide with my diet changes (gluten being a big trigger), hormone fluctuations, and stress levels. I am also looking into making my diet more alkaline and possibly start drinking alkaline water from our local health food store (so many benefits and I will probably do a post later about this). However, even though I still have a few blemishes especially around that time of month, I would never go back to my old ways. I know that all the I am putting on my skin are high quality, not linked to cancer, and they are not endocrine disruptors so I feel great even using the products on my babes.
I love everything
