Since I am.back to my training regularly I haven't felt at all down.
This goes to show the benefits of training on brain chemistry.
Well it is the key. Control your brain chemistry, control your life, your thoughts, your direction.
Having happy chemicals naturally is awesome. No more depression, anxiety etc.
Also the dog walking twice per day is great cardio.
