Just enough patience to take a quick shot like this while my stomache is yelling badly for looking at this colourful dish. I will call it "Gỏi đu đủ" - exactly the same way ppl here in Vietnam makes it sound like its main ingredient: #papaya ("đu đủ"). Trust me!! The sauce...the god of #fishsauce is right here. Super #sweet actually, well-cooked with a little sugar & lime or better with calamodin. The more #spicy, the more #tasty. Right...just papaya only is not enough. U should add on some little #shrimps & some white slides of pork meat...(ehm..wait should I tell the truth 🤔. It's pork ears actually). My mom said that the skills are all about how to cut it thin as much as possible...ussually after taking it out the freezer immediately...or few minutes with a sharp knife.
Did I miss sth? Yes, the #starfruit...trust me...u will find it in the shape of the star for real. Green stars! Wait. You are asking what kind of #herbs overthere on the dishes right.
