3 WAYS TO BECOME HAPPIER!
So, what’s life without happiness? I’ve asked myself that often lately, and one thing I can say for sure is, it’s definitely not fun. But when you’re down, it can be really hard to get back to your usual happy self, trust me.
Do you want to go back to be your normal happy self? I have 3 tips for you:
Smiling makes you happier and creates endorphins in the brain, it’s scientifically proven. Endorphins make us happy, which means that you can trick your bain to thinking it’s happy and in that way actually become happier. How cool is that?
2. Every evening write down 3 positive things, that happened to you that day
No matter how small, if they made you happy, write them down! By writing it down, you focus on all the good things that happened to you and you will therefore be happier
3. Be kind!
Kindness spreads like ripples in the water. You should never do anything, if you only do it to get something back, but I can promise you, doing something kind to other people, makes you so happy, it makes you smile and it makes your day better, so hurry, go spread some kindness!
