Workout Wednesday is back 💪🏻 .

This weeks is not to be taken lightly, grab yourself a set a dumbbells, ski erg and a box and get out your comfort zone .

AMRAP 10

1️⃣12 cal ski/row
2️⃣10 DB thrusters
3️⃣8 Burpee box jumps .

If you are busy and can’t spend hours in the gym this is perfect so extend it to 15-20 minutes for a great workout or leave as is and do as finisher 🔥🔥 .

The most difficult body part to get in shape is the stomach. Diet is the most important solution to it, with abs exercises. I never took abs workout so seriously until now. There was no particular reason for this, I used to just feel bored to do this. But there is always an eye opener for everything. I realized I was taking my body for granted and that all my hardwork on my body was going in vain because I didnt do a stomach workout. 
In this time lapsed video, I have done 3 sets of plank, each done for a min. This being my 4th variation, I was down with 3 sets of 1) crunches 2) leg raises 3) knee crunches, each. Also, since I had a crazy leg workout yesterday, my legs were super sore, hence the shivering lower body towards the last 20 secs of every set, which ended up looking extremely funny in time lapse.
Just wanted to put across, that only you will see differences in your body whether good or bad. Every fitness trainer will pass on the knowledge of exercises to you and why and how it is to be done, but you are wholely responsible to bring a change to your body through diet and determination.

Goedemorgen allemaal, dit is de cable facepull van onderen. Een heerlijke oefening om de achterste schouder koppen goed aan te spreken. Achterkant schouders hoeven vaak niet zwaar getraind te worden maar wel effectief. Bij veel mensen zijn deze spieren vaak onder ontwikkeld en krijgen mensen last van hun schouders bij bijv het bankdrukken. Mijn ervaring heeft me geleerd dat als je juist de achterste schouderkoppen sterk maakt je betere press oefeningen kan doen, en minder snel blessures kan krijg aan de aanhechtingen.

Descansan 30 segundos después de completar una ronda de los dos y vuelven a repetirlo hasta completarlo 3-5 veces. PRINCIPIANTES: hagan solo 3 series de cada ejercicio. If you know me, you know I love to go ALL OUT...ALL OR NOTHING when it comes to my cardio.  I like intense intervals, fast sprints, hills .... all the good hard stuff.
Back in March my hamstring started bothering me on and off.  I just dismissed it and kept on going.  July it started bothering me nonstop...even on days where I did nothing lower body wise.

SAVE THIS CORE AND PELVIC FLOOR PREGNANCY WORKOUT! SUITABLE FOR ALL TRIMESTERS! During each exercise, activate pelvic floor and imagine a zipper is zipping up to the top of your stomach. You should be able to breath normally whilst keeping all these muscles activated! 
If done correctly and on a regular basis, these exercises will strengthen your core, back and pelvic floor muscles. This means you are lowering your risk of back pain and incontinence during and after pregnancy. 🤰🤰🏼🤰🏽🤰🏿
1.	Pelvic tilts – focus on keeping core and pelvic core switched on and the rest of your body still and stable

2.	Fitball roll outs – roll out until you feel your abdominals contract. Hold for 1-2 seconds and then roll back in ✔
3.	Fitball crunches – use the rolling movement of the ball to assist the situp. This will protect your back and ensure you are not straining your abdominals too much as this could be harmful
✔
4.	Leg lifts – keep body as still and steady as possible and you lift each leg. Keep core and pelvic floor activated throughout. ✔
10-12 reps of each exercise for 3-4 rounds. This shouldn’t take much more than 10-15 minutes. Just that little bit of effort can make all the difference during your pregnancy and also in your recovery. 😊

10-12 reps of each exercise for 3-4 rounds. This shouldn’t take much more than 10-15 minutes. Just that little bit of effort can make all the difference during your pregnancy and also in your recovery. 😊

A lot of you might be wondering what happened to 2015 and 2016...well I was around the same weight as 2014 for most of those years. I had the same lifestyle and I didn’t change much, I didn’t take a lot of pictures of myself throughout those years either. I don’t know where I would be right now if I didn’t make a change to my lifestyle. I probably would of never started sharing my journey on instagram with you all because I wouldn’t have had one to begin with. I would of kept going down the same path I was on and getting more and more depressed. I know a lot of you see a smile on my face on the left but that’s what you see on the outside, you don’t know how I was feeling on the inside. It’s crazy to think how one decision can lead you into a completely different direction. Fitness has been one of the biggest blessings in my life, I have completely fallen in love with the process of transforming myself into a more confident and happier person. Follow your dreams and keep pushing towards your goals because it’s all worth it in the end, I promise 🏼 .

Keeping things super simplistic this morning while having fun exploring today’s #MarchMatness exercise, #spinetwist . A gentle flow to get things stretched out and moving again on this Monday morning. 🌞

Some of you had mentioned I wasn’t very active last week, and well, life happens. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I started out the week with a wicked cold that turned into the flu by Friday and I still haven’t been able to fully shake it. And while I do believe that gentle movement can be helpful for the body I was not in a state to film, flow and feel inspired, so I’m sorry… not sorry, IG needed to take a back seat for a week. Just remember the people on the other side of your screen are human too, I haven’t abandoned you, just needed to take care of me. 😘

But on that note it feels like a blessing that todays exercise was spine twist, a move that can be helpful in detoxing the body, so I’m going to fully enjoy this one … then probably go take a nap between writing emails. 🤧🤪😴📨

Welllll, for the past couple months, I've been using @leahitsines recipe. I try to eat as healthy as I can throughout the week, buttttt listen. I do have days where I'll eat a whole bowl of chipotle or 6 slices of 🍕 (not even joking)🤷🏻‍♀️. Anyway, if you're trying to lose weight, get toned, shred some fat, it 100% TRULY starts with the type of food you eat. Even when trying to gain some muscles, it all depends on your diet!! How much you eat matters but what goes in matters. I didn't start seeing results until I changed my diet. And LUCKY for you ladies, the BARE guide is releasing SO VERY SOON.🥳 It has so many recipes, I usually make a bigger portion for dinner and then eat the leftover for lunch the next day. And it's NOT dieting!! It's nothing but healthy and balanced food.  I strongly recommend this guide for those who are struggling to find healthy delicious recipe ideas! 🤗 .
